We're really pleased with the Perkville platform. It was easy to integrate and easier to use. The support team is responsive and eager to help. Many self-service features/tools are available, and the support team is always available to help if there are questions. The Perkville support team, including our Client Success Manager, are great partners.
Due to system limitations (on our end as well), it takes at least 20 minutes for new members (who just joined our health club) to appear in the Perkville system. Ideally, this would be faster. While a new member is engaged, we want the ability to sign them up instantly for the rewards program.
We needed a platform for both referral and retention/engagement. Perkville offers a simple-to-use tool to help us create, manage and track customer loyalty programs while taking advantage of customer referrals through promotional rewards. They primarily serve location-based businesses like gyms, salons, yoga studios and retail stores, which is excellent because they have the industry knowledge we were looking for.
Perkville is easy to use for both sales associates and customers. It is a great way to implement a customer loyalty program that rewards customers for shopping. Customers can keep track of and redeem their own points but we can also redeem points while customers are in the store as well. This is satisfying for our customers and helpful to people that are not as tech-savvy.
I have not come across any issues that were not able to be resolved by contacting Perkville customer service.
I would definitely recommend Perkville to other small businesses looking to create a reward system for their customers.
Perkville has given us a way to track customer loyalty. We have been able to create levels of customer loyalty that allows us to invite some people to our special sales. It has also given us a way to great a monthly free gift to our customers creating monthly foot traffic.
That it runs behind the scenes and I don't have to manage it daily.
Sometimes my business software does not share as much information as I would like with Perkville so I can't use its full capabilities.

Members absolutely love the perks for rewards points they receive for checking in, buying drinks/supplements, completing intros and referring family and friends. Truly a member engagement piece and easy to manage and implement. Continued support is excellent as well.
Navigation for the redemption of rewards earned can get a little fuzzy.
Perkville is a positive reinforcement tool for our members. In the health and fitness industry, keeping members engaged in ANY way to their fitness is critical. This helps, even at a stretch, members stay upbeat and positive about coming to the gym and referring their friends. The rewards are immediate, no long delays or missed emails - it also shows our members that we truly appreciate them.

People look for rewards programs when they shop anywhere and this solves that problem. People also love gamification so getting points for certain behaviors determined by our company really help with retention.
I like that Perkville is easy to use. The layout for customers is very straightforward and allows them the versatility to change things in their account when they need to. It's also very easy for them to earn and redeem their points when they shop with us as well!
As administrators we've had a few technical issues this year but nothing, that contacting customer support couldn't fix!
Customers come back to shop with once they know we have a rewards program and that it's easy to earn points. Customers have become loyal to our business even more because they know they will eventually receive a savings for their shopping!

Our members really enjoy Perkville rewards. We have seen an increase in certain behavors that were driven from the rewards incentive. They have positively impacted our member retention.
I honestly don't have anything to speak to in regards to an area of Perkville that I don't like. We work closely together. If there is ever any program need, they are quick to jump on the opporuntiy and make it happen for us.
