The most helpful is to have a very good control about the records and advance.
The implementation of the platform is easy and you can make the required changes, as well as keep track of the necessary comments on the progress. I made changes to my accounts constantly and never had a conflict with updated information or access to the platform.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to complete what was a pretty lengthy process in terms of the different parts of the self-evaluation in such a simple manner. The notifications, while frequent, were also helpful in making sure I met the deadline!

For an employee to improve, I think it is essential for them to analyze their performance and for their supervisor/manager to do the same. I definitely think this system helps to accelerate and improve that process.

This is my first time using Perform Yard and I would say that this is a good app or website to track your progress from your point of view or your Employer's poitn of view. It is a great way to communicate on what you need to work on with your performance at work.
I did not have any issues with this website or app.
I can see the feedback my manager has to relay to me with my performance.
