This is my first time using Perform Yard and I would say that this is a good app or website to track your progress from your point of view or your Employer's poitn of view. It is a great way to communicate on what you need to work on with your performance at work.

I did not have any issues with this website or app.

I can see the feedback my manager has to relay to me with my performance.

The most helpful is to have a very good control about the records and advance.

The implementation of the platform is easy and you can make the required changes, as well as keep track of the necessary comments on the progress. I made changes to my accounts constantly and never had a conflict with updated information or access to the platform.

In general there was nothing that I disliked about the platform, at least in the use I gave it.

In the company, the platform is used to rate our performance through objectives annually, and the platform is very useful both as a worker to review what objectives we are completing and for our supervisors to know what we are achieving during the year.

how easy and clear instructions are, was able to complete tasks easily

The multiple emails to my work emails regarding completed task. I wish it were all kept in our perform yard account.

It allows me to keep up with company wide policies. It makes it easy for me to locate the information and complete.

In 20 minutes I summarized my year with well-driving questions and also, realized that there are things that could be improved by me and by the company. I bet someone will read and dedicate more time to thinking about my answers.

Nothing. Probably because completing the different questions was helpful and straightforward that I cannot identify a real negative point

Sometimes takes time to load the page, and autofill is disabled for the text boxes. can use more charts-based tracking for the goals. More attractive dashboard after login

Taking care of the manual hassle of maintaining individual employee's goal tracking, allowing the luxury to download these forms as pdfs for references,Timely emails reminders on the due forms

I really enjoyed how easy it was to complete what was a pretty lengthy process in terms of the different parts of the self-evaluation in such a simple manner. The notifications, while frequent, were also helpful in making sure I met the deadline!

I thought I disliked the notification frequency but it was pretty helpful to help me submit my evaluation in time!

For an employee to improve, I think it is essential for them to analyze their performance and for their supervisor/manager to do the same. I definitely think this system helps to accelerate and improve that process.

that it is easy to use and navigate. i also like that we can give recoginition to othera in the company.

i do not believe perform yard really has a downside becuase it is very easy to use and navigate.

sometimes the page has a habit of closing or not loading the page fully.

It has an Excellent Front end, very east to use.

I think the site could be a liitle more interactive by keeping all options on one side of the page

Well laid out and very easy to use. Notifications are nice too!

If reviews are not completed by supervisor by deadlline, employee receives too many reminder emails that not directly relate to them.

Lets me know how well I am doing with my goals and tasks.
