Performio is most helpful in that it ensures to our company accurate compensation numbers and also communicates those values to our users in friendly and dynamic ways that are beneficial to the user.
Performio can often rely too much on the data we are pulling in which greatly cuts down on upload time, but the inability to make edits, or at the very least, the difficulty to make edits has made the process more cumbersome on the backend.
Performio is solving hand calculations and human error in regards to our many and dynamic compensation plans. This cuts down on error and increases not only employee visibility to their bonus amounts, but opens the lines of communication and builds trust with the employees that they are being correctly compensated.

Need to leverage their services team to do a simple changes to the comp plan, and would like to be more admin empowerment to redesign
I think Perfomio solves backoffice management of compensation payouts and calcuations! They are also doing alot of insightful analytics to help mgmt see the big picture
They have a team to support us in our goals. We are always in communication whether it's about future goals, needing help or even forgetting how to do something in the system -- there is always someone on their end responding to us. We feel they're listening to us and we're listening to them -- it's a good relationship.
Some parts of the platform tool need improvement or change. Such as some layouts of the User reports allowing more set-up flexibility to accommodate a wide range of Users. I prefer to create less reports than can reflect the Users' Commission activity and or needs instead of creating variest versions for each group in the same layout. I've mentioned it and talked to their products team about it. While some items are noted for future improvements, we have to work around them for now. The other item is for rehiring and terminations where we can stop commissions or restart when there's a rehire coming back in (it happens...). We currently have a one-time use of a termination date that stops calculations. But if someone takes a sabbatical or switches positions mid-month, we have to be creative with the system. Sometimes it's easy and most times, it's not without a proper solution.
We are moving into the planning season for next year's Commission plans and are already in discussions about new plan set-ups. This year with the expertise from Performio and our understanding of the system along with the capability to test it out in the Sandbox, we are looking to have feedback for Management about the new changes next year.
