Perfecto Widgets to test mobile apps, latest devices available on first day after launch. Testing apps using real end user conditions. Good Reportium Feature. It uses appium/selenium beneath layer.

The new UI of Perfecto Admin console deletes the Device Groups created when there is no device attached / configured to the same. This leads to the list of users mapped to the said device group being deleted. This is unsatisfactory as projects start with having few users then add up quite a many with time. With device/s required by Projects off and on during the project, Site Admin expected to have details of earlier bookings which is not feasible with the new UI limitation.

Experience has been good so far. The new UI implemented by Perfecto was mising few features, which were implemented by Perfecto team promptly, when reported.

The number of customizations. The technology to see my tests running on the device is also great. Being able to run a device remotely and install my app to test from my browser is great

Tests are hard to find sometimes. Looking through everyone else's tests to find mine is not good. Collaboration tools like highlighting and commenting would be great for teams.

We are solving the problem of mobile app testing. We've realized the benefits of attaching perfecto to our CI/CD pipeline to validate our releases. This has sped up our release time.

There can sometimes be some lag or latency when using a device, but that could also be coming from my end.

We are using Perfecto for manual testing on both web and mobile as well as automation.

Perfecto Cloud was an excellent platform to test a Native Mobile application and multiple web browsers like Safari, Edge, Chrome remotely via connecting from any Desktop or Laptop. I like to enjoy testing mobile screens via touch screen monitors from remote laptop instead of mouse click in a traditional way.

Early Beta OS version availability in Cloud devices have given an opportunity to develop and test before GA release was excellent, no need to wait for month time for beta availability in cloud devices.

Heat map and report library are most useful feature where each test steps are available with logs and snapshots for manual (interactive) and automation testing.

Perfecto cloud automation integration suffices both Open source and paid test automation platform for Continuous Integrations and continuous testing.

Support team are awesome- server upgrades, notifications are seamless and team ensure server, devices available 24X7 for project usage.

In interactive mode , Tool does not have a Capability to install a application to all available devices at a time.

Shift from Manual to automation ,Continuous testing platform

We evaluated different tools to address our needs in coud solutions to support our automated tests. Perfecto was the only one who met all of our requirements when looking at performance, ease of use, CI/CD integration, reporting and customer service. We had excellent support from their team from the proof of concept to the full integration in our pipeline. So far very happy with our partnership with Perfecto.

Not much to mention here. The only downside of using a cloud solution, which is not specific to Perfecto, is the latency while doing manual tests. I wish the experience could be as seamless as a real device.

Achieving continuous testing in mobile development. Being able to scale our tests, use parallelization to reduce execution time and run on multiple devices to increase coverage.

Ui/UX need to get much more improvement.
