The create ad creation process is a little cumbersome but after doing it a few times, the workflow isn't that hard.

We are in the manufacturing space and the SharpSpring Ads have been a crucial part of getting people back to the site and converting into a sale. The biggest problem we are solving is harvesting the low hanging fruit that we were not able to leverage previously to SharpSpring Ads. Our strategy for the sizing of the ads helped reach more impressions which ultimately turned into real conversions and sales. The benefits are the bottom line and we were able to increase sales on a specific product. We are looking forward to duplicating our strategy for other products as they become available!

The ease of setting up ads and implementing them is great. We can get an account up quickly and start tracking clicks and conversions without spending a ton of time. The ad coverage is also great and has been a wonderful resource for our clients.
I do wish they had a lower weekly spend threshold for some clients just looking to test out the service without spending a lot of their monthly budget.

They offer free credits to begin with, so you can experiment and see if it works for you or not. There is no harm in trying them out! Plus, the team is very good at communication, and they will often offer to set up a call with you whenever needed to make sure your campaign(s) are operating correctly. Highly recommend!

Not exactly a problem, but they helped us improve our lead generation numbers. With Sharpspring's retargeting campaign, we are able to acquire more leads who were previously just visitors to our site.
Prior to permanently moving to SharpSpring Ads for our retargeting needs, we evaluated a number of self-service platforms and managed-services. Although we're a small company, we received immediate attention from the Director of AI and his staff to ensure their platform fit our needs and budget. They provided generous "free" campaign funding to allow us to perform testing. We started client campaigns with small $ projects, asking a significant volume of questions as we learned the system; each answered with speed and knowledge. Now 6+ months in, we rely solely on SharpSpring for all our programmatic retargeting needs, and continue to receive superior support from our dedicated Account Manager and the support staff. Our custom implementation requests are always handled typically same or next day. As our thrid-party retargeting business continues to grow, we'll be only looking towards SharpSpring to continue delivering for us.
Tracking of billing can get a little confusing, but this is mostly because we are constantly modifying campaign budgets and running various campaigns across 10+ websites.
We're using SharpSpring Ads for programmatic retargeting. This has allowed us to continue serving our advertisers when direct inventory is sold out, and also creating a brand new revenue stream.
It's user-friendly. The support team members are knowledgeable and helpful. The ads we've run are paying dividends for clients. Having access to over 200 ad exchanges is hugely beneficial.
I haven't come across any downsides to using Sharpspring ads yet and we have run several different campaigns on behalf of clients. The training was good and made learning the new software easy and this is always the most challenging aspect to implementing new systems.

SharpSpring Ads enables precision targeting, selecting clients on the SharpSpring List level. For our clients, that means being able to target based on application or product interest. We've also found it very useful for promoting webinars by targeting just contacts that opened emails but have not yet registered. On top of the targeting, we have control over which websites ads will appear on - giving the clients peace of mind of where their brand is being displayed.
Being able to select the website inventory (the sites that will display ads) in advance would be a plus. Currently we start the campaign and then select the sites.
