The best thing about Perdoo is it is very easy to use and I can track my OKRs and KPIs which helps me to achieve my goals faster and in a numeratic way.

There is nothing as such to dislike about perdoo

Perdoo is solving the problem of tracking the number metrics and its benefiting me by being responsible for the actions.

We used perdoo at the core of managing our R&D and operations activities. Very good user interface wirh easy participation by project participants. Implementation was also easy with a very effective prompt / reminder system to keep users engaged and the tracking up to date. Most importantly it turns project progress reviews from being adversarial ("why are you late with this?") to a collaborative approach ("this one looks like it beginning to slip, before it does what can we do" etc). Customer support was also swift and effective.

There is nothing I particularly dislike.

The use of Perdoo compels a discussion of what needs doing and when given available time and resources. From there the system then provides a basis on which to judge if any new initiatives should be progressed or deferred. It also supports a collaborative approach to reviewing project progress and any delays.

The Map View enables our team to get a birds I view of where we stand at any point in time. The product is easy to set up and navigate.

I find the quantity of email notifications (as default) are too frequent. However thats perhaps how we use the product.

Clearly defined and measurable objectives help us push the business forward.

The vast resources available to support the defining of OKRs and KPIs for our organisation and the various views available to see how these connect with each other and initiatives.

Perdoo is a great software with much flexibility but it can seem a bit daunting to start with for new users. However, this has equally much to do with the fact that governing a company and executing a strategy is daunting to anyone.

It gives transparency to all co-workers what we are focuing on and how we are progressing towards our ultimate goal.

I like the option for the cycle when we have to check in that is ask questions about how we feel at work etc.

I don't dislike anything about Perdoo the product is very nice.

It helps my manager to track our work quality.

Intuitive design, helpful prompts, and simple interface.

The cost is on the higher side, but considering the product it's an excellent value.

I feel it builds on a deep understanding of what OKR's are, why they matter and how they're utilized.

I think it needs a little bit more explanations around some areas.

I was struggling to create a clear system to highlight why we're doing everything, and Perdoo gave me just that and opened a door of possibilities without overwhelming me with prep work on Excel sheets.

With Perdoo I can have a general vision of the OKRs, follow the progress of all KRs and checkins. Perdoo is an excellent tool.

I don't have any dislike about Perdoo until this moment.

With Perdoo we managed to centralize the management of all OKRs linked to the company's Main Objective and its Strategic Pillars.
