PROS: Whether it's dealing with customized watermarks to searching content with clients, Percolate, in itself, is a league that no other platfomr like it can reach. It converts brands to publishers. You seldom see a platform like it that functions efficiently. It's able to add management and professional-looking content. And that can really help you go a long way.
CONS: Percolate can be challenging for clients who fail to its immediate impact. It's very slick to begin with and could easily be deployed in any agency dealing who wants a solution for lots of legwork. Percolate would've been more cost efficent as a result of the time we were able to save via implementation.
PROS: Percolate's interface is so easy to learn. At the same time, it's able to give users a wide array of tools. They're able to handle almost any form of marketing whether it's making project plans all the way to execution. Its centralized calendar can store varying projects. At the same time, the calendar lets you peek at your team's progresss. Their asset management system is one main reason why we use it a lot.
CONS: At times, abrupt changes make it difficult for us to get around new tools. It can be a bit of a problem in terms of adjustment. Also, better tools aimed at non-digital marketing should be included (if there's any). Tracking of user changes need some enhancements. It'd be a treat to see individuals who are responsible for the creation of briefs and assets.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were aiming for a system that can streamline our digital communications and marketing efforts. This definitely did more than just that. Aside from those, we're able to directly link with third party applications in buying added services.
Are you a current user of this product?
Yes
PROS: Its calendar tool lets us peek into social contents as a whole. The analytics section proves to be a gem as it helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our campaign. Its mobile app allows for social channel listening and posting to be done on the go. It's so easy to be doing all these!
CONS: It can be annoying not having the ability to make a post on Instagram. But I can understand Percolate isn't the party to blame. What's more, its latest asset editor update led to more issues than it solving problems. As a result, we had to stop its use.
PROS: It features are intuitive. It's capable of helping me organizing things while dealing with numerous projects. It's easier to access top-level stop images. Their team worth collaborating.
CONS: With the platform constantly evolving, there have been plenty of times where features would abruptly change. It felt like hitting a "pause" button to my day-to-day quick-paced workflow. While Percolate boasts a number of apps, there's no option available when it comes to managing and posting assets from smartphones and tablets.
I love that it saved me time finding the people/brands I needed to engage with, schedule content and see what matters.
Price. We ultimately had to give it up because it was too much.
Content marketing. We had nothing that touched this area before Percolate.
We purchased with the intent of replacing Social Studio for about the same cost. In addition to best in class social publishing, we got something we have needed for a long time- a centralized cross channel marketing planner.
Percolate works best when your entire enterprise is on it. We still publish print catalogs, so it wasn't appropriate (lacking workflow needed to print production) for our print group to use it. We create marketing plans in the system, but there isn't a neat way to export or allow non-license holders to view in Percolate.
Percolate does several things including asset management, campaign planning, and social media publishing. It can replaces several systems at once, resulting in a cost savings.
It requires very little runway to start achieving successes. It is intuitive and the training they provide is excellent. Also, their support is excellent.
We didn't realize how much we needed a tool to create marketing plans. The templates a user creates within the campaign planning tool are outstanding.
I love the ability to tag posts and group content by campaign.
The asset organization could be better. I also wish I could schedule Instagram posts on this site.
This product is easy to use for anyone familiar with content management sites. I used Hootsuite in my previous role and had no issue transitioning to this software.
I schedule content for seven channels through Percolate, and it's easy to see everything in one place.
-Intuitive features that help me stay organized, especially while working on multiple projects.
-Easy access to top level stop photography.
-Great team that's always been fun to work with.
-Because the platform is ever evolving, sometimes features change with little to no warning, putting a pause on my usual fast paced workflow.
-Although Percolate has a lot of great apps, there still isn't an option for posting and organizing assets easily from mobile devices.
Take the time to really learn Percolate's tools in and out. There are so many cool features that exploring them all will only make your job easier.
-Organization of all my campaign information.
-Simplified posting across platforms.
-Sleek design that helps me maintain focus.

PROS: We prefer a centralized calendar that we can easily access. Its social channel posting features are robust. What's more, it's very intuitive and saved us plenty of time. Percolate did a great job in streamlining our workflow. We were able to plan better content for future posts
CONS: It'd be nice to have some sort of feature that lets users flag posts in licensed versions. For instance, being able to flag a customer servivce problem, then assigning it to a certain team via different licenses.
