The feedback system with different values from the your team and customer creates impressive portfolio based on company received feedback and suggestions, it helps to grow in right direction.
Its cover all engagement activity but it should treat as more accurately for the negative feedback, some time its hard to identify downside of the other side, treating all positive feedback is also not good for company grow.

I really like how you can drill down to hot spots by demographic. Additionally, it is helpful to understand the full story when you can click on a statement with low favorability and see how the negative participants responded to other questions compared to the positive participants.
I have found the Theme Frequency report to be largely inaccurate regardless of which survey I am looking at - onboarding, engagement, and exit. It sometimes picks up more concrete themes well, like benefits, training, compensation, etc., but anything like trust, culture, teamwork, etc. the comments often do not correspond to the theme. I think it has improved since we first started using this functionality but it could still use some work.
We are using it to solve onboarding and engagement problems such as addressing employees who do not get technical resources on their first day, employees feeling unrecognized, and asking for things like a different dress code and having Martin Luther King day off. We understand how giving employees a voice that can be measured in a quantitative and qualitative way allows us to make unbiased, better-informed decisions.
I like that you can read other people's takes on programs that you are or will be using with a company, and you get paid to do so! Win, Win!
I have not really found anything that I do not like about it! I have not come to any situations where I have found that some things are not working correctly. I do not like that the password for the site has to be 12 characters if that counts?
I like to compare other people's experiences with programs that I am using, their issues as well. This helps me work through or prepare for what problems I may be facing, currently or in the future!
Kantar allows us to pull quarterly competitive spend reports for all our clients specific to their industries, verticals, and competitive sets. Kantar has more channels available that other competitive reporting softwares including TV, out of home, digital, and print.
There is often a gap in data with spend reporting for certain channels such as digital. Kantar is not able to fully capture the advertising spend of all brands.
The cost of Kantars tools can be offset if you use them in multiple use cases across clients.
We have been able to increase the budgets recommendations that we provide to clients by showing them how much their competitors are spending in the marketplace each quarter. We are also able to determine which competitive brands my be trending to increase their spend which will result in cluttered channels.
The most helpful part of Perceptyx is the people they have hired. They are enormously helpful, insighful, and will walk with you a third and fourth mile to get the work completed and correct.
Sometimes we want changes that are so customized Perceptyx can't really do them under contract cost. Sometimes large reports take more time to run that I would like.
Be sure to think of the items you want in your survey and cover these under your contract. Perceptyx is easy to work with during the contract negotiations and screen development.
The biggest WIN for us in going with Perceptyx was gaining online Action Planning. Second biggest WIN was being able to push reporting to all our management so they would not have to wait for the survey administrative team to run demographic reports. We are able to offer many more reports than we could with our former system and they have a more polished/professional look to them.
The level of expertise amongst the Perceptyx consultants is incredible. They're more than a survey vendor providing the technology; they're also great thought-partners and advisers. Their project management team is very organized and helps us execute our surveys across a complex enterprise seamlessly.
The technology doesn't yet allow for easy analysis of data across surveys. However, work is happening to address this in the future.
Perceptyx has made it very easy for us to share survey feedback with our managers, so more localized actions are happening. It also allows fast distribution of survey results and findings.

In the reporting tool, it is sometimes challenging to understand the difference between the favoriability scores and the scores shown in the demographic crosstab.
Understanding how engaged employees are and what recommendations they have to make the company better. Getting to know the new hire experience and receiving feedback from those who are leaving the company.
The quality of service, coupled with the seemingly endless opportunities for data visualization, help us tell the employee story to executives in a clear, visual way.
While endless visualizations/analyses are a definite plus, sometimes it can be hard to find the best approach to tell a story - there are so many ways of looking at the data!
Using survey data, combined with external and other internal data sources to evaluate factors that most impact retention for a high turnover group.

It is helpful as it can give a voice to those who might be hesitant to give their true beliefs, regardless of whether it is through praise or things one might feel can be helpful to move a company forward as an employee.
A dislike could be the number of questions some surveys have. I do not include the ones through this website, but many questions I feel can be simplified and achieve the same ending result.
My advice is that every voice matters. Working together is what can bring the best both our company and our employee workspace.
I feel like the intended audience is hearing the pros and cons of things that ultimately will benefit the company and employees. I have recently seen in my company that we are being heard and working together for a better workplace.
