the most user friendly hr platform

PROS: Been using this platform for over a year and not once has made it us rethink our decision. It has everything you need from automated hiring and onboarding to nurturing employees and managing them effectively. A go to platform for all things HR. Our organization has a mix of both mid-aged and well as young employees so we were looking for a solution that was both easy to use and effective and we found that in peopleHum. CONS: havent come across anything I dont like yet

Productive Human Capital Management Platform

PROS: The analytics part, that they have is amazing All the data entered crafts a story, and gives out a productive and visually pleasing output! CONS: Payroll is not a module they offer, but they do integrate it with other mediums Hence not big of a pain point

PROS: peopleHum is a very well built AI-enabled Human Capital Management Platform which enhances the employee experience as well as supports all your needs from an HR perspective. It\\\'s simple to use, robust, advanced AI-ML enabled analytics board gives you statistical representation all over the organization. The UI is very well presented and is absolutely hassle-free due to its pillar-like structuring which divides data and usage based on hiring, nurturing, engaging, managing employees. It\\\'s a breeze to use, and serves the purpose and utility on point. With remote working coming in to play, it stands ahead of all modern applications of Human Capital Management at this point in time. Not just being the Best HCM platform, it is a great value for money product across the globe in this domain. CONS: Nothing as such is there to dislike in the platform

Best HCM platform!

peopleHum assist the organization with all basic and advanced needs in running HR activities and also provides a great user interface that is very user friendly like a social media platform. The performance management module is over the top and assists in the entire appraisal cycle. Would highly recommend using this platform!

AI-driven insights have helped us become more efficient

PROS: peopleHum helps in all of the HR activities and that's why it is super easy to use. It's got a very intuitive interface and helps in organising activities really well. It gives important information like who is my best recruiter and who is my best recruiter. CONS: peopleHum is very cost-effective and their Android and iOS apps are really well structured. It's hard to come by cons on this platform.

Best Human Capital Management

We have been using peopleHum for 2+ years now and the quality they provide is top-notch with excellent and easy to use features. The application of AI and ML and the representation of reports and performance reviews in attractive and easy infographics has saved us a lot of time and helped us double up productivity.The price is the icing on the cake. No better product than peopleHum. It gives a complete umbrella right from the hiring to retiring of an employee!
