What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

PeopleGoal is one of my favorite platforms that I use daily on a daily basis. It allows me to see my active goals and 1on1s with my team members and see how people work together towards common goals. I also use PeopleGoal to onboard new members on the transformation project I work on and I must say it is a time saver. All I have to do is share the onboarding pack with the new hire and the system takes care of the rest whilst I can see how far the new joiner has progressed with the training.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

Nothing that I dislike at the moment, I hope that the Peoplegoal team continue to rollout cool new features like the parallel feedback functionality they launched last week.

What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

With PeopleGoal we have completely re-engineered the way we run our HR processes. PeopleGoal enabled us to set up custom modules for onboarding, performance, engagement and development.

In addition, we were able to adjust and improve each process based on feedback we have received from our employees.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

It takes some time to understand how the process engine works but once you grasp the fundamentals you have a lot of power in your hands. Having additional training workshops with the team helped us.

Managing the employee lifecycle and solving problems with employee development, performance and engagement.

What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

It's robustness. The new app store acts like a command center where cross-functional teams within the company can find and create solutions for their specific needs while maintaining access to general company processes like onboarding and company surveys.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

The sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. I recommend implementing three or four apps at first so as not to overwhelm your team.

What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?

PeopleGoal makes it easy to collect and analyze performance data. Their analytics engine provides deep insights into performance on an individual, team, and company level.

What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

PeopleGoal helped us improve the overall performance of our team and we were able to achieve this by identifying the best performers and by sharing their best practices. We love using the goals and feedback apps and we have recently introduced engagement surveys which combined with 360 feedback they gives great insights.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

I'm struggling to come up with something I don't like. If I had to come up with one thing it would be that we would have more options with the well-being surveys.

What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?

The weekly check-ins allow us to connect better with the employees and understand what they have achieved. The feedback app helped us identify development areas, and the goals modules helped us be more productive.

What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

PeopleGoal covers the entire employee lifecycle from employee onboarding to employee off-boarding. PeopleGoal helped us reduce the number of systems we use in our company for people processes. The software is easy to use and very well designed. It makes it easy to follow the process and keep track of where you are in the process. It's also straightforward to make changes and configure its process.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

It's a little bit expensive. The cheapest package is $299/month, but the team gave us a significant discount when we upgraded to the annual plan.

Recommendations to others considering PeopleGoal:

Try to get a demo of all the workspaces to understand the capability of the platform entirely.

What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?

PeopleGoal is the best performance management solution on the market. We've been able to automate our performance and engagement processes, and now our teams can see how their objectives align with the company objectives.

What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

We love the performance management and employee engagement workspaces. It covers OKRs, check-ins, 360 feedback, and engagement surveys. We have reduced the time we have to spend weekly and monthly on data collection and analysis. PeopleGoal enabled us to understand our employee's needs and what motivates them. We can now see how our people are performing and can identify those who are underperforming.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

I love the way the apps works so far but I would like to hear about the new apps more frequently.

What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?

PeopleGoal has allowed us to collect data from multiple sources and visualize it in a single place. We can now see all the goals, metrics, and key performance indicators in one place. By doing this, we can track the performance of our people and be able to have a better understanding of how they are performing. This has allowed us to understand our team's performance better.
