People management is made easy, performance and OKR tracking.
User-friendly and logically built. Our team loves the design and tools inside. Vacations/surveys/database/reports are the most nice thing for us.
1. when you request vacation in advance (more than 1 month) - it`s uodating the balance only 1 month before the vacation. so the current balance can be wrong when you check
2. national holiday - location ; i need to put location of the actual national holiday but not the location itself
3. that i can not give the acces to my client only of his team (he will see the whole directory)

Solo podemos decir que nos gustaria poder armar reportes con los campos preestablecidos en la herramienta, por el momento solo se pueden utilizar los campos del empleado que han sido creados y editados. Seria bueno poder utilizar la opcion de equipos por ejemplo.

Flexibility in settings. When choosing an HRMS, it was important to me to automate our processes, but not to change them, so PeopleForce's flexibility was a huge advantage. I also like the intuitive interface, so any manager or new team member doesn't need special training to use the system. And it's really convenient to have the entire candidate-to-employee cycle in one system.
Other features we appreciate include: reporting, offers automation, Slack integration, responsive customer support.
It's minor, but I'd like to be able to add options more flexibly. All functionality is divided into modules, and to add an option I have to buy the whole module, even if I don't need all of it (for example, if I need to automate 1:1 meetings, I have to buy the Performance module, even if I don't want to use performance reviews).
We use both Peopleforce HRMS and ATS so we have fully automated candidate-to-employee cycle in one system. This also mean than hiring managers use only one system to interview and onboard the new hires and work with their teams. The system is really convenient in terms of settings flexibility
