Peoplebox comes in very handy every first week of the month when we have reviews with the team. It is one place where any one can track the progress on the goals, alongwith the reasons for achieving / missing targets. This helps in getting the wholistic picture of teams progress.
Also, the review template keeps getting better with time. Really love the new sections around deep dive and impact summary that has been added. The recently added summary of the goals section helps in getting a overall pic in a few seconds.
Setting up and getting started is super easy. The support team is extremely responsive when there are issues. I remember reaching out to the team for some sync issue and the leadership was on call fixing it and within a few minutes it was back up. Kudos!
One thing that can improve sync function. Mostly it works fine, but sometimes its a bit inconsistent.

I like how easy Peoplebox is to use and very intuitive. The best tool to track OKRs and to have a clear view of goals and progress. You can also link Google Sheets to track the progress automatically if you don't want to update information on Peoplebox manually.
There's no rich textbox to format the text properly and in-app notification would a good feature.
It helps define the Organizational Goals, Team Goals, and Individual Goals that can be converted into OKRs. Tracking OKRs is very helpful. 1-on-1s, talking points are also very useful.
I like how we can set up and monitor goals on a monthly basis. This helps me on an individual level to see my own progress as well as company-level Goal progress. Very good software
