Understanding the morale and needs of our 250+ employees

We use People Element twice a year to poll our staff about their level of professional satisfaction. The process is easy and we meet our benchmarks for participation.

It took me a minute or two to figure out how to look at the comments but I figured it out and all was well.

We are looking for on-going honest feedback from our team on how we are performing and supporting them People Element gives us an easy way to obtain that feedback.

It's easy to use and easy to pull reports. I like the suggestion that is given too.

There isn't anything that i can think of at this time that I dislike.

People Element is helping leadership know feedback from their employees regarding engagement with the company culture, leaders, benefits, etc.

Internal Surveys and Org Charts are easy to export.

Not as intuitive as I would like and I'm pretty tech savvy.

The ease of pushing out reports to those that need the information. It's been a simple process for us to do consistently.

It would be helpful if the reports could be PPT compatible. That is how we do most of our presentations.

This platform helps to lift up the voice of our employees and former employees in a great way.

People Element gets amazing response rates. They ask the right questions to give me insightful data. I can rely on their exit interview data to be unbiased, accurate, and thorough.

I like how I can compare my organization to others in my industry and even globally on every question of the survey. Benchmarking our exit interview data with peers always brightens my day and reminds me just how good our culture is.

People Element helps me see the real reasons for turnover. Internally conducted exit interviews are never 100% accurate. I can rely on People Element's 3rd party survey data to be 100% honest and unbiased.
