My favorite thing about People.so is that it takes the guesswork out of if a strategy is being done by keeping me up to date on my reach outs with key secession makers.
I haven't found anything so far that I dislike. It goes seamlessly into SFDC and provides a clear view of where my time is and should be spent. Very cool

It's solving the task of monitoring activity and quantifying activities and reach outs. My supervisor and I can easily discuss what people.ai shoes without hunting for it

People.AI is a fantastic enterprise-level tool. From its Relationship Map to MEDDIC capabilities, it's been a staple at two companies I have worked for. It's easy to setup, intuitive, and you can get good reporting and metrics from it.
No out of the box ability to create validation rules to prompt Sales reps to fill out a MEDDIC form
Sales process and methodology
People.ai vastly simplifies activity tracking for sales reps - once configured, anything flowing through our email or calendar is logged to SFDC, and associated to the corresponding lead, contact, opportunity, and/or account. Our account team has always been very proactive and more than willing to bend over backwards for us, which is rare to see in many sales tech vendors.
We do spend a lot of time troubleshooting gaps in the matching configuration - this is mainly due to the original implementation settings, and likely caused by poor explanation of our business processes by the original implementers on our side, but it would have been nice to get this ironed out from the get go so we're getting 100% visibility into important account activity.
People.ai helps save our reps and managers a ton of time by automating the most mundane task in sales - logging your calls & emails to CRM. With People.ai, we get a strong lineage of communications with customers and prospects, automatically available to the next rep to work an account or territory, without manual sharing of docs & spreadsheets, or trying to coordinate a live knowledge-transfer session.
The ability to track # of meetings without manual rep logging is something I was missing at previous companies that we now have - it's great. We've adopted many of people.ai's products, including the playbook, scorecards and people maps. It's nice to have everything under "one roof," and the tools were not difficult to onboard. We have a good relationship with the sellers and CSMs at people.ai. We are about to adopt the Account Planning functionality, and I look forward to seeing what lift we get from it.
The people mapping tool is a little bit clunky. I've used LucidChart before and like that better. The ability to export mutual action plans is fantastic, but limited to pdfs and excel for now (not google sheets).
It helps reps understand entry/exit criteria via the playbook. Deal inspection and account reviews are done more uniformly throughout the company.
I like the "Scorecard" functionality best. It is helping me to lead 1on1 conversations.
Hygenic checks on deals in quarter are supported with the 360.
We experience config issues with the team to get access.
I always need to wait until every topic is sorted, before building my cadence with the team around it.
The relationship mapper could have a graphic drawing functionality as well to highlight.
I also suggest enhancing the dimensions of relationship rating a little. I'm prepared to show you how we do it today based on ppt.
test it, I'm getting a lot of value from it
1. Activity tracking: People.ai is one source of information for feeding my activity dashboards to track the weekly performance of my team.
2. Validating customer coverage for backing up my forecasts. I'm able to check if I was told nonsense. As I keep my team informed me using people.ai and showing the context dashboard for tracking changes this they don't even try anymore ;-)
3. CRM being updated (though it takes some time / does not work in all cases)

Ability to view, not only at top level, but at a granular level the pipe generating activities that each rep is undertaking. The additional AI layering is the cherry on top
The most frustrating aspect of People.ai is the inability to create overall time filters. Each column of data has to be filtered individually which as a user can be super frustrating
People.ai enables us to connect the PG inputs (meetings, calls, emails, account SOI growth etc) with the PG outputs (increased opportunity value, new logo opps, expand opps etc). It really enables us to see what behaviours drive the best results
