Ad hoc customer communcations Easy to Use!
What do you like best about Pendula?
Pendula is simple to setup and integrate with Salesforce. Its simple and intuitive interface allows you to easy identify records and send out customised communications to your customers. You can easily setup conversation paths and push information from customers responses back to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
There are some small aspects of the GUI that need fixing such as remembering your filters as you navigate pages

Pendula - A great customer engagement platform
What do you like best about Pendula?
I appreciate how easily Pendula integrates with our Salesforce platform, making it simple to execute and automate our marketing strategies based on client responses. The excellent customer success team has been crucial in helping our team learn and effectively utilise all of Pendula's features.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
I wish that I could do a trial of the flow and I wish that it had a built in character counter.

Pendula solves the challenge of effectively targeting our client communications. It allows us to segment our audience and tailor messaging for specific events and groups, ensuring the right message reaches the right people at the right time. This targeted approach has improved our engagement rates.

Great software even better support
What do you like best about Pendula?
Software/Platform is very reliable, but if something isn't quite right, you know you'll be backed and supported in a timely manner by quality people. Peace of mind is important.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
The UI has some shortcomings, but suggestions for improvements are always taken seriously and we can see changes are being made to improve the usability of the product.
What problems is Pendula solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely communication to our customers and the ability for 2 way personal comms with agents.

Efficient Tool for Bulk Messaging
What do you like best about Pendula?
Pendula works great for managing bulk messages. It's easy to use, and the support team has always been responsive whenever I needed help. Automating and scheduling messages has made communication more consistent and saved me time.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
One area for improvement is the learning curve when first using the tool, though there’s plenty of help available to guide you through it. It would also be helpful to have a feature for viewing specific recipients of bulk messages

What do you like best about Pendula?
As a systems administrator, I find Pendula’s seamless integration with Salesforce significantly enhances my ability to manage bulk messaging efficiently. The platform allows me to create flows similar to Salesforce reporting, which is incredibly useful. I can easily track the number of recipients and use flow triggers to schedule and activate various functionalities. These features streamline my operations and ensure consistent communication with both customers and staff. The user-friendly interface and robust automation capabilities make Pendula an indispensable tool in my daily workflow. I frequently use it as a System Administrator and train other usrers to use Pendula. I find Pendula’s seamless integration with Salesforce and user-friendly interface made the implementation process straightforward and well-supported. I have been in contact with Pendula various times to clarify some doubts and they have been really responsive and helpful rpoviding clear guidance whenever needed.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
One area for improvement is the ability to see the specific recipients of bulk messages. While I can check the number of recipients, it would be beneficial to have a feature that allows exporting a report of the recipients who will receive the message. This would help in identifying any discrepancies with Salesforce data and ensure more accurate communication

Pendula solves the problem of efficiently managing bulk messaging within Salesforce. It allows me to create and automate personalized communication flows, track recipient numbers, and schedule messages, which saves time and ensures consistent communication with both customers and staff. What do you like best about Pendula?
The way in which you can orchestrate a customer journey through the platform, calling in data from all manner of sources and systems, and manage multiple customer touch points with ease
What do you dislike about Pendula?
There could be more done to really make the platform on-brand; so better theming or skinning of the product (but this is by no means a deal breaker)
What problems is Pendula solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently our customers can generate dynamic content, but deploying and utilising this content within a customer communication journey has to be done elsewhere.

Recommend Pendula - great tool
What do you like best about Pendula?
Pendula is easy to use, customisable and opens up endless possibilities for communications across the employee and customer life cycles. The team at Pendula is extremely helpful and is always exploring ways to enhance the product based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
There is an initial learning curve when first using the tool, however the Pendula team provide you with help each step of the way where required and there is an abundance of user guides and help options to guide you on correct use of the tool.
What problems is Pendula solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pendula has allowed our business to think about all touchpoints in the customer and employee journies and how can we look to add value at each step. We are still working our way through all of the possibilities, but it has been helpful in getting us to think bigger and how we can add value across the lifecycle. The new email tool is excellent and new features are being added regularly which is really exciting to see.

Pendula: Reliable Tool with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about Pendula?
The best thing about Pendula is definetly their top notch customer service. Everytime we had a question or needed help our representative has been incredibely responsive and friendly. Although the Salesforce integration wasn’t straightforward, we had guidance through every step of the process. They made sure we were set up correctly and didn’t leave us hanging at any point, which made a potentially frustrating experience much more manageable.
What do you dislike about Pendula?
Once everything was set up, Pendula proved to be a reliable and user-friendly platform. The messaging flows are straightforward, and they’ve made it much easier to keep our communications organized and consistent.
Recommendations to others considering Pendula?
While the Pendula is great overall, there are some areas for improvement. The integration with Salesforce, as mentioned, took some effort—it would be nice if that process could be smoother in the future.
What problems is Pendula solving and how is that benefiting you?
Also, the messaging flows could use more advanced features, like a “loop” function to repeat certain actions. This would make automation much more powerful and flexible.
