It takes the easiest way to say THANK YOU to colleagues and to use the data further in an extremely helpful way with internal connections in the company and analytics based on it. No needs to make polls and boring questionnaires as at competitors. Entertains and engages workers at the same time.
It is so much ahead of the other apps which mainly concentrated on polls, that I only may wish Peero success in further fast development to make UX/UI even better

I like that Peero is very easy to use, and everything is minimalistic. You will not find any unnecessary buttons in Peero. Also, I like that it has options to integrate with internal systems for easier use.
I have nothing to dislike about Peero. Some time ago, I was using only web user interface for Peero, and sometimes I didn't like it, but recently, I discovered that I can use Peero straight from my Teams app. And now I`m using it constantly.
A huge benefit is that you can say Thank You to other colleagues using Peero coins.
I have been skeptical about using such tools in the past, but PEERO has helped me to change my view and habits completely. Now I enjoy giving & receiving feedback and recognizing colleagues for their efforts and achievements.
It's not a downside of the tool, but to fully benefit from using the tool will require a change of mindset for many.

It is such an easy way to say thanks to some colleague who gives tips, replies very fast, got your back, or helps in everyday work life. It is possible to tell thanks with a private message or to share it public that everyone sees how great your teammate are! Sometimes after a long day, when you get some Peeros, you know that your long day paid off because of great work - someone sees what you are doing. Don't spare Peeros, say thanks to everybody!
Sometimes it feels that there are too few Peeros, and it would be great if you could earn them more to share with colleagues. There might be some challenges to thank colleagues with whom you are not working every day. That could be an excellent opportunity to get to know more colleagues from other teams and find reasons to thank them.
In Peero it is possible to define business values. So it is a great way to see which employees are the best with filling your business needs, or you can see which values need to improve that everything works as you imagine.

It fits great with our company's culture, easy to onboard collegues and drive their daily usage.
All of our internal traditions, events etc. now revolves around the various data that we get from Peero.
Nothing to add here. No problems or disadvantages found. No downtime as well.

I found that team loves to recognize each other on frequent basis and people genuinly feel better after doing so.
Graphic experience is not much upgradable. I would work on that.
