Pecan takes more times to process the data. For example,if we are analyzing data for more number of years and it contains many attributes, it gets stucks when we are running with low ram and moderate GUI systems.

We use pecan to project talent management in next ten years wherein we observed the future domains for growth,the locations with those specific talent density, and pay we should provide those talent.This analysis helps us to get the clear view of future talent management which helps the recruiting team. The identification of specific location helps the management to set up the office in that particular area. It also helps the team in reskilling in any specific skills the team has to learn in the future.
