In my company, it helps us in the capture of content of our web pages which we use for computers that do not have access to the internet which we show to our clients.

My printer makes things into a pdf automatically when it scans. This program makes it so easy to manipulate the document. It also makes it VERY easy to attach and/or open a document from an email. I don't even need my boss to come in to sign things for me anymore; he can call me from the road and I can complete my task for him from my computer.

I'd like to be able to manipulate and/or add to or take away from a document better. While I seem to have some access (i.e. my boss's signature) I can't change the date or other bits if wording or imagery. Also, you can't change a pdf to any other type of document without added charges. This has caused some difficulties in the past for me.

I probably use this about a hundred times a day. Because of this program, I am able to send out Purchase Orders in a clear and usable format. There is no confusion due to poor picture quality or smudgy text. Also, it can condense things a bit, such as saving a group of pages into one pdf. Makes for much easier and timely email attachments.

It is making lives easier. One can easily use and work with it.
