I selected Wondershare PDFelement because I considered the six-month, or 12-month subscription fee offers were cost-competitive compared to other software products for the range of functions offered. I have been very satisfied with how the product's functions perform for the personal and professional tasks I use it for. Customer support has been prompt and effective , e.g. approval within 1 day of my request for a refund, after I mistakenly renewed my subscription for a second time (forgetting that I had already renewed it several weeks ago). I use Wondershare PDF element several times a week, and the OCR, batching and translation functions has saved me much time in processing PDF documents that I've received from clients for translating into another language. I found it easy to install, then fairly easy and quick to 'intuitively' learn to use the functions I needed, without needing to read an instruction manual.

There is nothing I dislike about Wondershare PDF element, except to say that there are still many of its functions that I haven't needed to use or learn about. My only feedback to the Wondershare team (I have already passed this on directly) is that the process for renewing a subscription could perhaps be made a little more 'fail safe', so that once the renewal payment has been processed, the user's currently installed version of PDFelement 'recognises' that the subscription has been renewed, and if necessary, initiates a re-installation of the software together with any new version that may have emerged since the previous subscription. At present, the renewal process seems to rely on the user receiving and responding to an email that is sent to him/her by Wondershare after the renewal payment is processed. If the user accidently deletes or does not receive this email, then their currently installed version of PDF element will 'close off' after the current subscription period ends, without any prompt reminding the user that they need to use the link sent through via the renewal confirmation email to re-install the latest version of the software.

Wondershare PDFelement OCR function allows me to produce readable text from certain types of PDF which won't allow me to copy-paste the text directly into my online translating tools. This saves me time, e.g. don't need to hand-type the text to be translated into the translating tool. Wondershare PDFelement's translating function is also a useful n alternative to my other online translating tools, if the text from the PDF is still not able to be copy-pasted into my other tool after performing the OCR function. The batching function is very important, because I often need to combine certain pages from one PDF, with pages from another PDF, to produce a consolidated new document.

I like this product for its stability and reliability, and also I like the price. I can easily convert PDF to WORD and back and into many other file formats. I can quickly correct the content of the PDF file. I have no problem with working with this product at all.

Actually, I have had such a wonderful experience that I have nothing to criticize at this point.

Sometimes, I need to convert files from Word or IMAGE formats to PDF or combine several files into one PDF file. Also rarely I need to make small changes in a ready PDF file. Wondershare PDFelement makes it all perfectly.

It is an excellent alternative to Adobe PDF, and I really enjoy the AI tool that they recently introduced for summarizing documents.

Using Wondershare PDF Element did not appear to have any downside consequences for me. Having said that, I do wish that the Gallery contained a greater number of ready-made templates that could be utilized.
