The rollup feature is handy for tracking communications with candidates for each position we are looking to fill.
There is not much to dislike. Perhaps some of the fields could have more characters in them.
PCRecruiter allows us to have a database full of potential candidates, many of which are easily downloaded from LinkedIn using the PCR Capture feature.
Their support team is amazing and their training is superb. I wouldn't have been able to build our ATS without Chris and Andrew - our PCR implementation consultants.

We need an ATS and we believe that PCR is a great option. It's an all-in-one and integrated ATS & CRM for our teams of sourcers, recruiters, BD and Marketing executives.
What differentiates PCR is their great customer service. If you have a problem or you want to do something different they are responsive to help you. I have actually suggested changes in the past and they incorporated those changes into their system. It is nice when someone listens to the user. :)

I love the user-friendliness of the software. The platform has unique features that allows me to work efficiently.
There are not any down sides the software that I'm aware of. I've been usinG PCRecruiter for over 6 years and it's been fantastic.
PCRecruiter provides a wonderful candidate storage for the resumes I retrieve. Also, it organizes my client companies and allows me to maintain a strong client relationship.

PCRecruiter is user-friendly. I'm not a strong technology person, but I've easily navigated through companies, contacts, and job orders using the software. I can easily keep track of follow-up calls and candidates in the hiring process. In addition, the tech support has been great with quick questions and general training.
The downside of PCRecruiter is not knowing all the capabilities. I learn more each time I come across a question or issue to work through. It would be helpful to see more 2-minute trainings.
The new email campaign analytics process has been invaluable. Seeing who has opened and clicked through the content I send has been powerful. It helps me to make better business decision on what to share with my clients/candidates to add value.

I think the staff have been very helpful, I also like the outlook and LinkedIn intergration. I love how easy it is to add candidates to an assignment as well. I remember with my old database you had to add each independently to an assignment.
I really wish you could just write an email without having to do a form letter. For example, if you want to update the candidates on the status of a job, especilly if the client hasn't come back on the CVs yet or something. Then you have to email each candidate separately or create a form letter every time, but the reasons are always different. It would be great to click on multiple people in an assignment and just send an email. I could do this on my old database.

I wish there was more functionality in the automation section, for example. Triggers off Pipeline events, and better integration of presentations into the pipeline.
