I am able to track multiple locations and open snags

Their user interface is very good; simple to use. We are able to see what is happening across all our departments through the dashboards. It is very helpful for audits, materials inflow and consumption, quality checks, etc. We were using pen and paper - based process, but now with Pazo we have moved everything to digital, like filling checklists on time, and getting weekly and monthly data to track the progress and performance.

I have been using Pazo for more than 6 months now. An easy-to-use product has helped me scale my operations quickly. I manage a team of 300+ folks spread across 15 cities without hassle using this excellent user-friendly app. I can easily take their daily reporting, see what is happening at all my sites, and trigger tasks for them, saving a lot of time in communications.

Nothing specific comes to my mind. I hope with time this product will evolve further to have more added features. Customizing reports by admin can be one thing which can be improved.

It has helped me in -

It solves most of the problems that we were facing in our operations. The team is amazing and both the product and team is user friendly.

There are no downsides as such but there are a few features that can be worked on just to make them from better to best
