I did not face any problems to use
Easy to read calendar. Easy to submit time off requests - no way to mess up! You have to submit leader for approval before even entering timeframe. Once requests are approved an email goes straight to the employees work email for verification, followed by another approval/denial email once their leader has approved/denied request. Payworks is visually easy to navigate and cannot get lost into the website as there is minimal buttons.
Nothing to dislike! Only positive feedback from all employees even the non-technical savvy ones. The only mistake I find employees regularly doing is accidentally submitting their time off request for 2 days instead of 1. This is an oversight that once explained to employees they know to keep an eye out for this.There is nothing more that I dislike! I am so happy our organization switched to Payworks!
Solving issues of submission to the proper leader for approval, and submission of requests within the pay period. Other benefits include: Employee responsibility for their own time management, no more missed requests leading to overfilled vacation and time-off banks. I have seen nothing but benefits to switching to Payworks for our organization and would recommend this system for any organization looking for user friendly, easy to teach, and fast efficient time off management system.
Very user friendly, easy to use, full service with ROEs, T4s and statutory remittances is tremendous help for busy payroll department. Plus very helpful and knowledgeable customer service team. Improved security. Affordable
There’s nothing to dislike. Although with this new CEWS their earnings report view mode could be improved a bit
Year end preparations don’t consume a lot of time anymore and GL entrees are easy to follow with gel report

I like how easy and intuitive it is to use and how responsive the team is when you need any help. Great price and they do the majority of work for you. Would 100% recommend. Some features weren’t as intuitive at the beginning but they always work to improve and make things run smoothly.

They prepare all T4 for you, creating an ROE is a breeze. Same with onboarding process or keeping things organized.
It's user friendly interface and their amazing customer service. When you call their support, they literally answer the call within 3 minutes and always know how to fix your issue.

This system made sense. It was easy to use as both an Administrator and an Employee.
The Dashboards feature was my favorite part. Logging in to see whos anniversaries/birthday were occurring was an important feature for me.
Payworks was old and outdated and needed a system update.
It sounds like they have been making the necessary updates to stay current with the market. So, I imagine any of the previous issues I experienced with Payworks have been updated to no longer exist.
The biggest issue we experienced with Payworks was just the outdated system.
Whenever a problem occured, all we needed to do was reach out to our assigned rep, and we'd hear back almost instantly with a resolution being actioned.
Our reason for leaving Payworks was because we were looking to move to a Full HR service platform. From what I can gather, Payworks is getting better at becoming a full HRM.
I am not sure what the cost to the organization was for Payworks implementation. It was in use when I had started my time with Swish.
