I like how Four allows you to purchase an item now but allows you to split the payments into four interest-free payments. It increases the retailer's conversion rate.
I like the idea, but I think what could strengthen the product is the retailer partnerships. Suppose the company were to acquire larger retailers known by the public. Offering this to more stores will likely increase the company's sales and users.
It's a great option if you're looking to purchase a few more things but need a little bit more time to pay. The auto payments are beneficial for ensuring I don't receive any late fees.
I find it challenging to use Four with stores that I frequently shop. The idea of interest-free is excellent because I'm more likely to spend more than I would be paying for the product entirely.
Tremendous CR improvement frop the moment Four was available on our chekcout.
There is nothing to dislike about Four. We are 100% satisfied with our partnership with Four.
We have made our products more accessible to customers with less buying power thanks to Four.
Four is seamlessly integrated with Shopify; the platform our website is powered by. This integration makes it easier for us to follow orders places by Four, and easier for our shoppers to split their order into four equal interest-free payments over time.
Even though their customer service is great and replies by email on time. But I think a live chat is what's more common nowadays. Hope they'll implement this soon.
Abandoned carts are reducing by time. This is common sense, shoppers can now pay overtime, not only that but interest-free.

Four is pretty straight forward and easyt to use. The platform tells you your spend limit as well as the stores youre able to use on the landing page; I like the directness of the approach.
After being rejected countless times by Four, I liked how the app integrated to the websites page. It made it easy to not only remember the credit being used but allowed for a seamless and quick checkout.
Four is fairly new as compared to other bnpl platforms so they dont have an extensive array of sites to shop on. You wont find Amazon or BestBuy or even NewEgg. The sites you can use to split 4 are not all appealig so this would leave you feeling limited.
I started using Four in 2022 with a $200 limit, I initially got rejected evrytime I tried to use but after a year I randomly got approved for one transaction. After that Ive been rejected each time. Reaching out to support doesnt help because they simply reitterate the rejection message. This is after waiting almost a week for customer support to respond back to the message - not helpful.
Four was supossed to be an alternative BNPL plaform that could get use instead of Klarna and Afterpay. It came across as accessible, no hidden fees and straightforward. Meant to be a way to get the things that may be out of reach but to stay inline with budget
Nothing at its horrible never will I use this app again
Keep charging me for an item I returned then charged multiple late fees left with an negative 33.15 in my bank account and repeatedly kept collecting payments from a negative balance like what the hell customer service needs to be number I can call

It's very convenient and easy to navigate. If you are planning to do a large purchase and unable to pay it all in full.
The app is glitchy and is not able to approve someone sometimes even with a good credit score.
The app being able to approve someone instantly. This would benefit many people, because they wouldn't have to wait for the decision.
