Integrating Paystand into our NetSuite environment has been a game changer for our company. It has streamlined receiving customer payments and has automated our dunning process beautifully.
It took us a while to get the email templates the way we wanted and making changes is not intuitive. We would prefer having more control over or understanding of the behind-the-scenes functionality. We are different than a lot of companies who just want to know it works, but not necessarily how.
Paystand has provided us with templated invoicing emails that allow our customers to self-service pay, without needing to call and give us payment information over the phone or send a check. This has had a direct impact by freeing up our sales team to pursue new orders, has cut our turnover ratio in half, and has given us peace of mind regarding PCI compliance and security for customer payment data. In addition, our dunning process is now entirely automated.
We've been utilizing Paystand with our new system, NetSuite, since May 2022. It saves us a lot of time with the payment allocations because the payments made by the customers are reflected directly into our system. They also customized invoices to meet our needs. One of my favorite features is the autogenerated past due notices they send to our customers. We have a small AR team and this free's up so much time for us to do other tasks.
Some of the Paystand Best Practices don't seem to process well with our version of Netsuite, but I don't dislike anything with Paystand because their team is always willing to help us to resolve any issues we may have.
We have a small AR department. With Paystand posting payments directly to the customer accounts and batching the payments together makes reconciliation easier.
Paystand has allowed our customers a simple platform to pay their invoices with multiple methods. As a result, we have seen a decrease of checks mailed to our office. The Paystand payments are automatically applied to the customer's invoice once the funds hit our bank account, which saves us time.
We wish Paystand had a better option for our international customers to pay.

Paystand has drastically increased our collections efforts while also making it extremely easy to receive payments. We don't need to devote as much man-power to collections now.
the integration is quite easy and well documented that it works flowlessly. Also details provided is quite useful for further process in prodcut. support is also very quick.
Setting up a dashboard with it is quite complex as lot of options are provided. and also price is bit on highrer side so for small business it is expensive.

The customer support has been a positive overall experience, and our ability to offer our customer base multiple payment options is vital to our company's success.
Having an integration from a payment platform to an ERP is never perfect. There can be extensive challenges when a customer disputes a payment, having to reconcile between two systems. However, this is a common challenge across any secondary platform and is not exclusive to Paystand.
Before Paystand, credit card payments were not possible and we could only process payments via check, wire, and ACH. Having the Paystand platform to facilitate not only these transactions, but to also offer auto pay has been really nice.
It helped us automate our collections process and encourage customers to adapt paperless payment methods.

Getting anything done after setup was like pulling teeth. Everyone I spoke to seemed apathetic, was slow to respond, and treated our business poorly. We lost a significant amount of disputes vs. any of our previous merchants.

I just say unbelievable response, while integration we are worried about the process and implementation but now it's really easy and maintains the process of payments with multiple vendors, and easy to make information shared day by day merchant-wise.
As of now nothing much but I believed in the future we will get some new features along with benefits in the market trends. And one thing which needs to notify make customer based on priority wise. it will really be helped in future payment modes.
Easy to handle multiple vendor payments and one place to view and easy to manage merchant-wise payments now we can sit and just need to review only and support is available at any time whenever we need help in terms of payment fails or some other course of issues.
