The support I receive from the various teams at PayPro is my favorite part of the system and service. The HRIS team is very reponsive and willing to do get on a video call to work through my issue or quesiton. The payroll team is the best with very fast reply times when I need it most and the tax team has solved our biggest problem of know which taxes we need to be set up for and alerting us to new ones when aplicable. We have employees in 29 different states so this is what saves my sanity. We came from the ADP call center level of service and the difference a dedictaed team of support personnel has helped our process from HR to benefits to payroll has been a game changer. On top of being reliable and helpful they are also freindly!!

The continued updates lose me occassionally but luckily the support team is alwasy available to get me up to speed.

Until we started with PayPro our part time employees completed and scanned their paper time sheets, now they are able to complete them online. Also, prior to PayPro our on-boarding and new hire paperwork was done via email and attachments that new hires would have to print out, complete and return via email. Paypro enables all of the paperwork to be completed right on the platform in an easy to use process.

The assitance provided with the tax functions has been the biggest problem solver for us. They help ensure that we are set up and registered for all of the payroll taxes we should be and they file and follow up with the agencies if there are questions or problems.

The implementation team was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

I don't dislike anything so far. The program is easy to use and the support we receive is awesome.

My account representative is very responsive and always willing to help.

I feel that pay pro reports aren't that helpful, and I often have to create my own. Also, many times our teammates are getting the erro message "account information invalid" when trying to login, but their username and password is correct.

The ease of transferring the time & labor module directly into payroll for processing. The interface is amazingly easy to navigate without that "bloated" feeling.

Every Customer Service Specialist has been amazing to work with. Always helpful and I never feel that I am a bother. the Paypro system is easy to use and makes the weekly payroll submission a breeze

We use to do payroll in house. Paypro save us so much time since they are do all the necessary filing for us

The reps are always available to answer your questions & help with any issues. They always get back to you shortly if you send an email or leave a message. They are always very nice & glad to help. It was easy to get to know the new platform since the rep helped train which made the integration smooth.

There are no downsides in using their services.

PayPro is handling our payroll. The benefit for us is complete satisfaction, accuracy of all numbers they handle for us, and time savings.

Everything is streamlined for the most part.

Some features can be improved like reporting.

Some topics I need assistance with but paypros customer service is very helpful, showing me how to solve X problem and then it no longer becomes an issue.
