Definitely people who make this a great company. The level of dedication to merchant support has been an integral part of this organization from day one. From our account rep all the way up to the CEO their team has always made themselves available which is a great asset for the company.

Some of the processor migrations were not very smooth but at the end everything worked out and PayMotion's team were assisting us along the way

Affiliate management, tracking, payments - all that is taken care of by PayMotion which is a huge help. Managing all this in house you would need many full time resources. PayMotion's expertise in this area helps us to scale and focus what we are good at - marketing.

Pay Motion has excellent customer service, a reliable technology and a staff that is friendly and can help you with any issues you may experience along the way. Their assistance at sign up was very helpful for us to get up and running in a short period of time.

If I had to choose a dislike it would be the speed of which the new opportunities are set up. However this could be more my unrealistic timelines :).

Allow for extra time while implementation. The extra time will be worth the outcome.

Product awareness with cross sell/up-sell opportunities. We have opened up more vertical for all our web properties.

The hands on service PayMotion offers is the driving factor behind our partnership. Their dedicated account management team takes the time to build long term relationships with our staff.

We'd love to see more reporting features in their interface.
