I love the time keeping aspects, payroll ease, reports and the community section.

Sometimes the tax team is hard to reach because of their workload/volume.

Paylocity allows us to accurately record our employees timecards, allows us to onboard employees, and so much more.

I have used both ADP and Paylocity and Paylocity has better help and is easier to use.

The help with set up was exceptional. Ongoing questions have been handled well.

Handling a pay period after the notice is a challenge.

They were a solution for doing payroll for my small business.

Paylocity has so many features that can enhance the employee and employer experience.

Not much to dislike; even when there is a feature you want, they have a very responsive team that listens and makes changes!

Before Paylocity we would have to have several platforms for recruiting, benefits admin, training, documentation, payroll, and communication with our employees. Now we can use one system for all those items.

The software is easy to use. I have no problems in entering my payroll every week

Currently we have a lot of Hispanics, so there is a huge language barrier when using Onboarding and the employee portals

Paylocity is very user friendly on both an employee and employer side. My employees love having all of their information at their finger tips 24/7...it also makes it easier on me! I'm not constantly taking the time to get them copies of checks, W-2's, changing demographics, etc.

We are currently only doing payroll processing and tax submissions (no benefits tracking)

I love everything about Paylocity. It wa so easy to learn how to use, and train others to use. I love how the different modules talk to each other effortlessly making my life easier by doing less double or triple data entry.

I wish as an administrator we could do more from the app., instead of having to log in on a computer. Other than that, I don't have any complaints!

Since switching to Paylocity, I have so much more available time to work on other projects or tasks, instead of spending hours updating spreadsheets or filing paperwork in EE files.

More personalized assistance with Performance Management Module... even periodic check-ins from our account manager would be nice. There are great tools, but it can be hard to visualize how we can best use it without having experience with it. It can be overwhelming when you first start (even after taking trainings that are provided).

Give yourself time to familiarize and really ask questions about additional features even if they may not be something you need at the moment. This is definitely a solution that you can grow with as your business gets bigger.

Community has simplified communications across all the sites. Multiple modules have helped streamline various processes to ensure operational needs are met.

The system is very comprehensive and easy to use and set up. The team is responsive and answers questions and takes care of issues in a timely manner. Paylocity allows you to automate a lot of processes, making life for you and your employees easier; it also allows for integration with many providers so you can take care of everything you need in one place.

We're very happy with the system at this time.
