Paylocity is very user friendly on both an employee and employer side. My employees love having all of their information at their finger tips 24/7...it also makes it easier on me! I'm not constantly taking the time to get them copies of checks, W-2's, changing demographics, etc.

I love everything about Paylocity. It wa so easy to learn how to use, and train others to use. I love how the different modules talk to each other effortlessly making my life easier by doing less double or triple data entry.

More personalized assistance with Performance Management Module... even periodic check-ins from our account manager would be nice. There are great tools, but it can be hard to visualize how we can best use it without having experience with it. It can be overwhelming when you first start (even after taking trainings that are provided).
Give yourself time to familiarize and really ask questions about additional features even if they may not be something you need at the moment. This is definitely a solution that you can grow with as your business gets bigger.
