I have been using paykickstart for a few months now, and the platform still amaze me for it's functionality and reliability. The possibility to offer product up-sells and order bumps made me use paykickstart instead of any other platform. Plus the customer support is excellent!

Great software for managing our subscriptions and selling digital stuff.

Support crew is always very responsive as well.

I am just missing better stats such as income prediction from monthly/annual subscriptions and so on.

At the time of writing, I've been a customer for 3 months and I am loving the experience, but especially the support system.

They answered all my questions and I really appreciated that even the founder is active sometimes to interact with the customers.

They're constantly upgrading the platform and adding new features.

Before choosing PayKickStart, I've research several competitors for a few days, but they are the best for my specific set of needs.

This is a Rockstar company! They can double your revenue! Love it.

I don't know about this company services, but recently Iw as scammed by one of their clients whom they manage payment for them and reached out so they make a review about that client but they refused and said it's not their responsibility, take care of any company is using this payment provider it's possibly a scam, it tolerates fraud and scams

They are a scam and collaborate with scammers. They robbed my bank account and refuse to take any accountability for it or change anything or solve whatsoever. THEY ARE THIEVES! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THEM! They will steal your payment data and use it to steal from you.

This company is a scam, they work with other companies to help scam you. I signed up for a free trial, you have to put in credit card information to sign up, I didn't like the software so I canceled way ahead of time and sent a message to cancel this, the guy stephan said it was canceled.

I got charged today for $19 for the software, I contacted stephan and stated that I canceled this subscription and I would like a refund. He states that I don't have an account with paykickstart, I have an account with provely, I told him paykickstart sent me an email with the receipt of payment, not provely, and paykickstart should be the ones to fix this.

He stated again that my account is not theirs and I should contact provely at an email, not a phone number.

Why do I have to contact another company and I signed up with paykickstart? They guy basically told me to kick rocks we are keeping your $19 after I stated to cancel the product way before trial ended.

Total BS payment processor. They take NO responsibility whatsoever if you get ripped off making a purchase on their platform. I paid $97 to Steven Alvey through the paykickstart platform and never got a login or access to my purchase. This platform does not intervene nor care if you got ripped off. All they care about is their fees.

Beware. Any purchase you make through this platform is to protect the SELLER and NOT the Buyer. If you don't get what you paid for you are simply out of luck

I do not recommend these people since there are much better options that DO protect the buyer. If the vendor is a scam then so is the offer on this platform. You WILL get ripped off and you will have NO WAY to redress the ripoff.

PayKickstart does not care about affiliates. They have no way of punishing a Vendor if a vendor decides not to pay an affiliate her commission. And most vendors on Paykicstar knew this, that is why most of them do not pay affiliates their commissions in full.
