PayHOA is very easy for us (board) to use and for the homeowners to use! Best of all, we were able to avoid raising HOA fees by leaving our property management company and move to self-management with PayHOA. It quickly generates reports, makes collecting funds easy, and is simple to communicate with homeowners using email, mail, or phone.

We haven't come across and downsides to PayHOA yet. The homeowners have given us positive feedback about it.

With PayHOA, we are saving a lot of money over using a management company. It is easy to generate reports, collect assessments, and communicate with the homeowners. We can be more transparent because it was sometimes hard getting the information we needed (especially about finances) from the management company.

This platform is super user-friendly and has everything you need from an HOA board member standpoint to make the process of seamless and headache free as possible.

Sometimes entering banking information can be confusing for some homeowners if they don’t have online access to their bank account. More instruction in this area would be helpful on the portal itself.

Cutting out the 3rd party of a property manager makes it better for us to manage and get back to homeowners in a timely manner.

Ease of use. Everything is easy to understand and use. Also customer support has been great. The couple times I have had a question they respond right away.

The vendor system could have options to not have an address. In today's world some businesses just use email and if they do not require a W9 an address is not needed.

Keeps track of all unit owners and HOA payments without me having to think much about it. Can set up for auto billing and owners have the option to pay online which helps me from having to take payments to the bank.

We love that we can host all our HOA documents, which makes for easy access for our homeowners. Also, it makes tax filing super easy and at no cost to us!

It would be nice, perhaps, to have a chat area for residents to use. But I would want it to be moderated.

Right now: Tax filing. Super easy. Hardly an inconvenience.

Dynamic but simple interfaces that allow ease of use for all households in the HOA. As well as easy methods to pay fees, send invoices, establish and rectify fines as well as notify the HOA members of activities and news inside the community. Very dynamic software and website!!

So far I have no criticisms of the software, it works very well.

I would like to see more of a separation in the software to be able to toggle back and forth between my homeowner account and my role as the treasurer of the HOA.

Quick collection and posting of HOA fees. Ease of handling and emailing invoices. Easy fine resolution. Solid links to bank to properly account for the HOA.

The product makes managing the HOA extremely easy. From a financial perspective, the system is simple enough for bookeeping, yet with enough features that a career accountant can process more complex tasks and reporting.

None at this time, all of the features that we'd like to use are in place and robust.

The customer support is amazing. They are very quick to respond and explain how to fix any issues that come up.

I have not encountered a downside to PayHOA.

They have done some updating to their reports section that I can create a "report packet" for monthly reports we run for monthly financials we do for all of the associations we manage. That has been super helpful and less time consuming to complete the monthly financials.
