The team at Payference has done an incredible job of "hand holding" during the implementation. They simply wouldn't rest until the software was working exactly as promised. Further, they were extremely interested in feedback and incredibly, quickly implemented small changes to increase the usability of the software. That said, Payference does what you expect...helps automate collections and provides a very detailed picture of AR. Very pleased.

Nothing significant to date. System is working as expected.

Our core AR system is aging and didn't provide the reporting and intelligence that we needed. Payference presents a precise picture of our AR as well as using "AI" to project cash flow from AR which helps in our cash management.

The largest impact Payference has had on our business is giving our customers the ability to download statements and invoices on demand which saves our Accounts Receivable team a tremendous amount of time. In addition, the automated payment reminders cut down on employee time spent reaching out to customers regarding payment status and manually trying to manage a growing customer base. The ability to scale this part of our business is extremely valuable as more time can be spent on higher value added projects. In addition our customers like the ease of making payments through Payference. There are also great tools for managing cash flow.

Nothing to note so far. When we have had questions about features or ideas for new features their team is very open to feedback and is willing to explore further.

Payference is helping us scale our growing customer base, improve customer payment trends and provide an easy to use platform for our customers to manage their bills and payments to us.

I like how user-friendly it is. It makes it easy to understand where everything is located and how to use it correctly.

We had some issues to figure out at the beginning of using the software, such as an incorrect logo when sending out invoices to customers, but all of that got resolved right away.

Don't be afraid to ask for help from their customer support. They are quick to respond to any inquiries.

The benefit I get from Payference is how much time it saved me not having to reach out to my customers for payment; it does all of that automatically for me. Saved me a lot of time and effort.

I love how Payference organizes and manages cash flow for some of the companies I have worked with. It also generates easy to follow reports

The user design could be a bit more simpler but still a great app

This helps get startups and small businesses along their way until they can afford and budget for a full time CFO or Accountant. This is also a great tool to help financial executives and consultants be more efficient and organized.

Payference has a detailed explanation of different cash sources in a company and the outflows in expenses.

Besides, Payference elaborates on ensuring the right amount of cash gets spent, and the inflow gets maximized.

Payference meets the cahs management requirements, with competent support in the form of customer service.

Payference is technical, with some accounting computations which may not fit semi-skilled individuals. Fortunately, Payference offers absolute training for orientation purposes.

Payference is a worthwhile program with advanced cash managing possibilities for companies.

Payference ensures there is a balance between cash and the credits in the company. More so, Payference coordinates all the departments, bringing a collaborative work formula for businesses.

The budgeting part is another factor that Payference has highly deployed in the tool.

Excellent tool to compile statements and invoice copies in one email, and it makes work more efficient.

Provide better service to my customers

It's an excellent cash flow management tool. Payference has given us the ability to run cash reports on a real-time basis so that we can make accurate cash transfer decisions and allow us to manage our working capital carefully. This product is worthwhile for any business who requires understanding cash basis at any moment-in-time. Also, Payference takes customer support very seriously!

Payference is in the process of growing, which they are handling very well. No complaints!

Cash management and cash burn

Payference has helped us streamline our collections process. We use NetSuite for our ERP. Sending statements and multiple invoices from NetSuite is not streamlined and very manual. Payference has made it so we can automate invoice reminders, compile statements and invoice copies in one email (without having to save a copy of each invoice first).

With regard to cash flow, their software has a predictive feature to estimate when customers are actually going to pay based on payment history. This helps assess true cash flow more accurately.

The connection to NetSuite is great. It took only a few minutes to connect and there is not need to upload any files for live data feeds.

The Payference team is very responsive when inquires are made.

To date we have been very happy with the software. Any improvement requests we have are addressed very quickly by the team.

Cash Flow Projection

-Allows us to accurately predict our cash flow for AP & AR

I like the fact that Payference has automated data assembly for cash flow forecast. It gives me the ability to manage my cash forecast in an efficient way. By reducing the amount of time wasted in organizing ERP data, Payfernce gives me more time to focus on higher value and strategic items. AR risk scoring helps me to manage aged receivables. It was also very easy to implement.

I haven’t really found anything that I dislike at this time except it may be useful to push notes back into ERP.

Peyference helps with understanding our cash position and adds visibility and insight into AR Aging. I've been heavily utilizing this functionality.
