The best aspect of Paycor is the accuracy and ability to handle multiple locations and locales for our Team Members. We also like the Paycor app for self-service for our employees.

Having all of our Team Members use the Paycor app for self-service has been a significant benefit for our folks. Also, going to on-boarding through the app has benefitted our managers in reducing time to complete new hire paperwork.

Paycor is used daily between HR, Managers, and all employees. Paycor is our communication hub along with recruiting, timetracking, onboarding, and payroll. This is only the surface - paycor has so many features to implement.
Paycor's customer service has gone through many different implentations. A bit difficult to understand who your go to person is at Paycor.
Paycor has solved the accuracy of time keeping for our managers. It is beneficial for managers to view employee time cards on the app and have the ability to approve time off requests and fix any errors in minutes.

My sales team and implementation specialist have been great. Always available to assist. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to use.
One thing I have noticed is when I hit the help menu, it stays on the screen obscuring the underlying screen I was viewing.

Paycor is fairly intuitive, their products integrate well with each other, and the results are consistant. Customer support is always available.
The new Time system and Reporting system are undergoing changes that could be more robust. Some features that used to be availabele are no longer options.
Accurate payroll processing, Time & Attendance labor distribution tracking, Accruals, Employee Self Service portal. Also HRIS historical data is available. These all give time back to our staff.

Paycor is user friendly and has excellent features that make its HRIS system essential for all HR professionals. Their reporting feature is my favorite because I can easily pull a termination list, payroll list, new hire list, anything I need! My company has used Paycor for 4 years now and we appreciate their services.
Their customer service could improve! When we have an issue and need to speak to a representative, we end up being transferred at least once or twice during the call to another person because representatives are only trained in certain areas.
They have updated their reporting feature. Previously, I had many issues with the old reporting system erroring out, but with their recent update, I haven't experienced any issues yet.
The start-up process has been relatively painless in comparison to my last payroll software. The staff is on top of the things I need to be taken care of that our company does differently than other companies. They listen and work hard to make their system easy to use.
There are a few things that are more of a manual process than my last software but it has been something that isn't a deal breaker to do. My company doesn't pay into Social Security and you have to go into each new hire and turn off the option for the tax to be taken out.
Paycor has made it much easier to run payroll. I have seen fewer errors on our PERA deductions than I did in the past on our last system. The learning curve for staff hasn't been as bad as I was expecting either. The onboarding process is streamlined and new staff seems to get finished faster as well.
