I appreciate the functionality

What do you like best about Paycom?

I have a dedicated specialist that I can call on the phone. The ease of use and the manager on the go app. Time off requests and punch change requests on the app are handy.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I wish some of the reports were easier to run and it can get costly.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping me compliant with COBRA and I-9's and payroll taxes.

It doesn't take long to get used to using It!

What do you like best about Paycom?

I am in charge of Payroll. I don't have to worry about taking care of the payroll liabilities, except for retirement funds.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Well, I can't say there is anything I dislike other than remembering to use my phone to punch in and out!

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is making the way we get paid more accurate. In our old system, we were paying ahead and not in the rears. Some people were getting paid before they work. Paycom is user friendly.

Great, user friendly system

What do you like best about Paycom?

I really like the system itself. It is easy to use and find things when you need assistance. I really like the number of modules you can purchase that work together and make your job easier- from benefits enrollment to payroll to government and compliance reporting- makes it very easy.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I have to say customer service, at times, can be an issue. But, overall, if there is a question, the reps are always able to find an answer in a timely manner.

I am a department of 1 and the various modules are extremely helpful in streamlining all of the functions I oversee.

The Paycom specialists are extremely hhelpful and responsive to any issues that we encounter.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Our payroll specialists are responsive to our questions and issues. Frequently, we will get a call or email response in less than an hour, even if it is just to let us know that they are working on our issue.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I have not discovered a downside to Paycom. We have been with them for over 12 years and the experience has been 100% positive.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Open enrollment is one of the biggest benefits that we have realized. They make enrolling in benefits so easy for the employees, and the work they do with the electronic file feeds going to the carriers is great. The system tracks ages and makes adjustments in life insurance coverages when necessary, and the business is notified when we have a person aging off of health coverages.

I like our designated Paycom Representative, she has more knowledge what we want. She can build based on what we want, it's just a matter of communication to our rep.

Great Experience with Paycom

What do you like best about Paycom?

I like the Ask here dash board and the punch change request; i also like how easy it is to process payroll and correct issues when there are issues. Its very wast to reach someone when we have to call in for last minute support and Avery has been wonderful and teaching and reteaching things.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I have no complaints. This software has been one of the best ive used by far.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom is creating a resolution to where we can hopefully one day use one software for all of our needs.
