I process my payroll weekly and I do not have to call Paychex to process payroll every week by an administrator.

I have had a few different specialists through the years. Of course, not everyone is created equally. I have found that when I can't get something taken care of through assigned person, I go through the online chat & they are SUPER helpful there!
We now have payroll, 401k, insurance & HR Pro through Paychex. Our HR person is happy to have someone to talk to when legal matters are at hand. I love having the access to see the 401k & have it directly feed into employee accounts cutting down on the work to issue those funds. With the insurance now as well its cutting down on the time to complete payroll because it's directly tied to who has signed up for each plan.

Paychex application makes adding new employees, making changes and processing payroll a breeze. They offer competitive pricing and their customer service has been responsive and helpful anytime we've reached out to them.
It would be helpful if we received an email notification payroll reminder two days prior to payroll to avoid expedited payroll fees.
We no longer have to calculate our own reports or calculate time off. We also benefit from Paychex assisting with 403b deductions.
