As a new user of PayCargo, when it was time to pay for my first foreign shipment being exported from the US, the PayCargo software was used by the billing freight company. It was easy to set up the account and forward payment, and the audit trail was easy to follow.

I was unable to find any negative issues using the PayCargo system.

Very expensive to make payments (3.5%+a $15 fixed fee). This is not the ideal solution to process payment. Even paypal costs less than this stupid solution. Not revolutionary at all from the customer's standpoint.

they are trying to faciliate payments in our country that are too slow to get the freight released on time. But they started with a small fee and now cost is prohibtive compared to other existing solutions
