This product is incredibly simple to set up and use. I had been on the hunt for an encrption service for my emails for over 2 years and learned about Paubox from a colleague. It was a seamless inegratio process that took a few clicks.

No issues have come up at this time. Great product.

Paubox's system makes email encryption and HIPAA compliant messaging incredibly simple and easy to use. It's an added layer of protection as a private mental health practice.

Paubox is easy to setup on our domain and easy to add users. It does not interfere with email sending and provides the security that my company requires.

My company does not use the secure contact form feature. We tested it out and it is pretty basic.

I feel confident that our clients' information is protected in a super easy solution with minimal chance for human error. I don't need any special tokens or certificates or extra buttons. They make implementation experience very easy and can be completed with no prior experience, and the customer support is fast, friendly, empathetic and has resolved issues without fail.

Administrator console feels a little basic. If the system goes down, outbound emails may not get delivered to external recipients. Paubox is quick to respond and provide updates for issues.

Paubox solves the issue of needing to protect personal information within email for my clients, and meeting HIPAA compliance rules. This benefits me because it is required for the nature of my business, and if I am audited for compliance I can prove it.

I love that paubox provides peace of mind and exceptional service in ensuring HIPAA compliance. It was easy to set up and it's nice that now I don't have to worry. Paubox customer service has been extremely responsive during times I've needed assistance. I highly recommend them!

I haven't experienced a downside yet to using Paubox.

Paubox ensures that my emails are HIPAA compliant and provides peace of mind. As a therapist, I am often receiving new referrals via email or need to send supporting documents to clients. Its great to know that I have the extra layer of security provided by Paubox.

Paubox listens to their customers, and their customer service is local (USA) and the best. Thier support staff is also very knowledgeable and have always been able to fix the very few issues I have had. Set up of the service is very simple as well. I also like their portal, it is simple which is VERY important. I do not want to have to learn some extensive system on top of the other 50 systems we use across our cumpany. With Paubox I was up and running in less then an hour.

The customer service is fantastic, as well as ease of implementation and confirmation of implementation. I like that it protects every email without having to use a separate portal.

It is entirely seamless, which is much, much better than most of the other solutions out there (e.g. Zix, et all). The set up was one of the easiest I've ever done. I had to add some records to my domain host and the progressive steps made it so easy. I had a few questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly. I feel really good about each and every email I send, especially those containing ePHI, being secured properly. I really couldn't be happier with this solution to secure my Google Workspace emails for both my therapy and coaching business!

Price! I'm a one-person show. I would love to see some pricing that takes company size into effect. Some of the other solutions are quite a bit cheaper and I'd really like to see Paubox be the one to go to. I'm convinced it would be if the price was lower!

I have clients who send me unencrypted ePHI. This allows me to completely secure that when it comes to me without being an inconvenince for anyone else. I have been on the receiving end of annoying encryptions solutions that need to be interacted with over and over and I just couldn't do that to my clients.
