The methodology which lets us look into social networks as well as standard display is especially valuable.
There are two pain points for me - one is the lack of search data, the other is the low level of product detail. Granted I can get to the specific creative execution, but I don't really want to look at every one of them to determine the specific product being advertised.

The ease of use for this platform has made my pitches for clients much easier. By seeing all of the current ads running across platforms also allows our teams to model or use what's running to pitch like to like campaigns. I really appreciate the blend of video/static options and performance.
The only change I have at the moment is purely selfish as I wish we could get the images without the "Ad" buttons but this is so minor it's negligible.
This has helped my team when working with an agency that may not have all of the assets running for clients. By showcasing these, the pitch for the same assets is easier to complete as the client may not have been aware they had them.

The UI is very intuitive and easy to understand. The insights in the platform are very valuable (although use directionally), and the data loads super quickly. The graphs that are provided make the data easily digestible and can be exported in different formats (PDF or PPT), which makes it very easy to provide competitive insights to your client and/or for to help put together more robust strategic plans for RFPs.
The data isn't always accurate and needs to be used directionally. It would be nice if Pathmatics provided some insight into how the data is being collected and what confidence level percentage they have for the advertiser being researched.

Pathmatics offers a friendly UI that is easy-to-use and navigate. You can type in the name of any client, prospect, competitor, etc. and get insights in seconds. Then you can export those insights into multiple format types, whatever suits your needs.
A lot of our clients on regionally based (car dealerships, multi-location restaurants, etc.) and we are only able to drill down to the country level with the data.

Their visualizations make it easy to drop into decks as well and save time. I can easily see the competitive landscape, where we are, how we stack up, where we need to be. I can easily comp creative on a prospective publisher, pull competitive creative and spend. Its an all around backbone for anyone in digital marketing.
Pathmatics adds functionality all the time but there is still work to do in order to be utilized as a true global partner. They do cover most crucial geographies though. The main caveat you often here is when it comes to spend analysis you have to take it with a grain of salt and use the data directionally. It isn't 100% accurate but nor can it be. At the least I have confidence in their methodology but there will be blind spots (albeit sometimes large blind spots).
