We use PathFactory for all our content distribution and our experience has been great. The platform is intutitive and has all the functionally we need. The best about PatFactory is its top-notch support. We receive fast responses and solutions to any questions, new implementation ideas or anything else we need. Our Account Manager, Justin Green, goes above and beyond to ensure smooth operations within the platform, usually exceeding my expectations for customer support. I would (and do) recommend PathFactory to my marketing peers.
So far, we have not experience any downsides to using PathFactory.
We are able to deliver the right content to the right audiences with tailored experiences/content. We are able to increase our content consumption within our targeted personas. We are easily able to get content consumtion insigt and data. Our team loves having all our assets in one easy-to-access paltform. We integrate our PathFactory gates and tarcking with our all the Salesforce's sales and account engagement platforms. we manage allour web content troug PF.
PathFactory gives us specific insights in to what our clients are interested in most. We have better data around they types of content and topics that are most important to our accounts, allowing us to create better content.
Customizations can be a bit tricky or unavailable at times unless you have developers working on the backend. Some products have features that would be great inside their other products but just aren't available.
We are able to streamline a customers experience. Our website is quite robust and has many rabbit holes you can go down. PathFactory allows us to cut through the noise and provide very directed experiences within our content.
I like the use of the tool for the variety of topics and for the accuracy with which they are divided (EX: emea- apac - US etcc) for each region we have topics for each vertical
In truth there is nothing I don't like about the tool, I find it very useful and easy to use. We have done corporate training to use it in the best possible way
The tool is used daily, the part relating to the tool is included in SalesForces, inside I find many topics that I use to send to prospects. They are divided by vertical and segment, for each lead that I find within SalesForces I find the most correct topic for each prospect

We use Pathfactory all over our website and email content to place our many content pieces into neatly organized themed "tracks". It makes lead nurture seamless, especially for a treasury software startup. The CS team is beyond helpful and onboarding new users is a breeze.
Though very intuitive once you get the hang of it, it does require some training and regular maintenance to keep it up to date.
It's helping make our information easier to disperse within our very niche target market.
I've worked with multiple companies with PF licenses and have recommended it to a few others. It's a great tool to provide additional content segmentation, given that it has robust analytics and makes it easy to provide recommendations for which content piece to see next for users checking out your site.
I would recommend it to companies with a relatively robust content program looking to further their ABM and segmentation efforts.
I haven't found any downsides in my use of it so far! The interface is pretty easy to use, and I also appreciate the 6sense integration for additional analytics.

Some limited customization; however the team always works very hard to accommodate custom requests. They have helped us build custom items, develop work-arounds and get feature requests into the queue.
Today, PathFactory is primarily helping with content experiences for our clients. We're also working through automation integrations with MA and intent solutions. We're excited about the upcoming Revenue Intelligence options to help deliver on attribution reporting.
Having a tool that not only helps you with engagement but also a tool that helps deploy gated forms in web pages and having analytics that can show how many accounts are showing intent that's amazing!
I will say the way the scheduling works, as I work in a big company, for us data is everything, so I schedule reports to go out weekly and to search them. That's the tricky part. It would be great if they could develop a search tool, so we can explore the report with the naming convention so it can be easier to schedule and de-schedule them.
1- Checking with content resonates with each visitor and accounts
2- Solving the deployment of forms in the website quickly and really easy
3- Content library structure and create resource page as quickly and easy as possible
PathFactory is very easy to use! It brings value to our customers and prospects and eases the buyer's journey.
Some of the new functionalities are still not as flexible in terms of UX/UI, you still have to code here and there but it is a relatively small thing that the PathFactory team is working on currently.
It eases the content experience for everybody and provides valuable insights regarding buyers' behaviours. The content team loves the reporting, and we became more aware and productive on that front.

PathFactory is the easiest tool to get up and running - we started using it the first day of our subscription! It was also the quickest implementation that I've ever completed at a large enterprise. And we can't forget about tha AMAZING support from the Customer Support team at PathFactory - they really put the icing on the cake and helped us avoid major pitfalls! If it wasn't for them, then we would not have been as successful replacing our traditional content delivery with a much more sophisticated engagement platfor that comes with loads of bells and whistels to deploy a variety of strategies that turn content engagement into actionable demand.
There are only two areas where PathFactory is currently disappointing:
1) No "undo" or "audit trail" to recover from changes that were made accidentally or protect from inadvertent edits by colleagues...
2) Scale within a single instance of PF is somewhat challenging, and requires a bit of maintenance to keep it clean and running smoothly
PathFactory is helping us understand who is behind the clicks! Not only do we consistently see higher conversation with the PF Form Strategy enabled, but we also get more insight into the customer's perspective and what they really care about.
