A great overall package that makes onboarding clients easy. As the first piece of compliance software I have ever used I found it so easy to pick up and get straight into my work. The support from the Passfort team has been top tier with regular meetings with our account manager there informing us of exciting updates to the services they can offer and bespoke recommendations that suit our business needs.
Off the top of my head no issues come to mind, I am happy with the service and support that Passfort offer. I feel the regular updates to providers and current features makes Passfort a well-rounded system.

As a very demanding customer of PassFort's, at times we ask for very tight timelines for multiple competing projects. Understandably, the team cannot commit to all requests, but we've found PassFort's willingness to work with us to find agreeable compromises and solutions to be great and has further built on our foundation as partners.
PassFort has been instrumental in helping our org automate key elements of our onboarding process. Operating in multiple countries, each with its compliance nuances and challenges, the team has been able to help us reduce complexity, increase scale and benefit from their ecosystem of connected vendors and partners.
Flexibility and dedication. Flexibility in their mindset towards deals and customers, but also in their technology, which is designed to make RegTech more accessible to developers - and RegTech needs to be accessible to be effective!
Their slogan is lived by - they really do add the human touch to compliance automation. Our CTO loves them for their dynamic and fast support in using the product; we (founders) love them for giving us the time and resources needed to be a long-term partner, not just a customer.
Nothing springs to mind from a commercial/working together perspective. Our CTO may have some niggles but he speaks very highly of the tech and integration support.
PassFort scales with us by allowing us to use direct deals with providers or use PassFort's commercials, and they are agnostic either way. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can.
There has been positive feedback throughout our organisation for Passfort. It is really intuitive to use and has excellent performance when faced with higher volumes.
Also, there is a helpful support team on hand to help with anything from configurations, queries about specific cases, understanding reports.
The product team are also accommodating when discussing potential enhancements to the offering.
There isn’t anything I dislike in particular. Where we see an area we think can be improved for us, we are comfortable giving feedback.

Passfort has become a true partner, fully understanding our objectives and completing work ahead of schedule whilst keeping us updated first hand on new developments.
Not a lot to be honest. No complaints so far.
We've introduced an end to end KYC portal. Web forms and document upload for corporate onboarding leading into automated KYC procedures with all ongoing monitoring happening within the portal too.
The platform is opening new territories to us, that would have required increased headcount costs to achieve.
PassFort makes digital transformation of KYC processes vastly more time and cost efficient.
I can't say there is anything I dislike about working with PassFort, it's always been a good experience.

We like that it stops human errors and automates as many tasks as possible. This has meant we have a gold standard in our compliance process straight out of the box. Our account manager Aaron is excellent, always chasing up on any issues we had and wanting us to get the most out of the platform,
There API does everything but is not simple to understand. Their guides are sometimes don't feel relevant, and you have to search a lot of pages to understand what you may want to do. It's a shame when you talk to the engineering team; there is an easy way to do something that would be hard to find out by yourself.
Automated tasks that allow us to onboard clients quickly but most importantly diligently too. Team can own the process and it stops them missing a steps that we need to do.
