If you review the various software platforms always consider the level of attentiveness the product providers will provide. Partners4Results has always worked directly with our team to meet our growing needs.

We are able to track student success through an easy to use dashboard. Our copiers are able to quickly transfer the local documents on campus for scoring assessments. The student and parent reports provide us with valuable data.

When the product works, it works well. Our teachers use it to quickly and easily scan in tests and get them grades.

We've had some issues with their support team. A few times they have updated FQDN or IP addresses and we've had to adjust at the last minute to keep things working. They have also changed scan paths without telling us that resulted in some aggravating support sessions.

Make sure you have support on the phone to get everything set up. The support tech is helpful and got us up and running pretty quickly once we identified issues (on both our end and their end).

That being said their support is pretty good at digging through logs with us to get the issue fixed and get us back up and running. The service works pretty well when everything is working correclty.
