Onboarding new partners
With PartnerPortal.io it is possible to have a basic partner portal up and running within a day. The integration process with Salesforce and Crossbeam is also super simple and quick. The team (Eddie in particular) and really pleasant to work with and responsive.
Because the product is relatively new and quite cost-effective, there are understandably some limitations when it comes to design and available features. However, the team does their best to find workarounds and to assure that some of the proposed missing features and branding elements are on the roadmap for the product as it develops.
We have been able to get our partner program off the ground very quickly and without needing too much input from other stakeholders within our company, such as the design or operations teams.
Enjoy the user-friendly dashboard, fast and helpful support, willing to share product roadmap and upcoming features.

The vast access to resources that platform has in terms of being able to offer companies a place to manage relationships with vendors.
While using the tablet, the UI is a little slow.

PartnerPortal.io is quick to deploy and configure, utilizes a modern UI to provide an elegant experience to both the partner team and the partners, and has strong integration with Crossbeam (a partner ecosystem platform). The PartnerPortal.io executive team has real-world experience building partner programs for SaaS technology companies and digital agencies. Their solution reflects this domain expertise because their PRM serves these partner program types well. I think their perspective on integrating their PRM into other best-in-breed technologies will bode well for them into the future as more partner teams look to integrate their PRM into other tools versus choosing a PRM that does everything in-house. Pricing and packaging wise they hit the mark for delivering a ton of value for the money.
As a newer technology vendor in the PRM space the depth of product features to cover education, training, MDF, and other partner program needs isn't as built out yet. I suspect some of these PartnerPortal.io will take on natively, but I also know they intend to build integrations with a host of other solutions. How to track sourced vs influenced revenue is another requested feature I'd like to see. Falls into the overall concept of how to track multiple partners on one opportunity in the PRM.
Deal registration with partners, payment tracking for referrals, and identifying partner co-selling opportunities via the Crossbeam integration, which can then be subsequently submitted as new deals in PartnerPortal.io.
Easy to use, well priced, best integrations - really everything you need for a SaaS company building out your partner portal.
Nothing at this moment - I'm sure we'll have more features requests but I'm really enjoying PartnerPortal.

There are not many options for partner portals. Enterprise solutions are cost prohibitive. PartnerPortal.io is affordable and easy to use.
It is not a dislike. But, there is a need for content around sales enablement. I expect that will come with time.
My clients are up and running fast. They move from no program, to a fully launched program integrated into CRM in just a couple of days or weeks.
PartnerPortal has the essential building blocks to create an environment for your partners to find marketing collateral, lead registration (approval/decline), team contact details, etc. However what I like most about PartnerPortal is their willingness to listen to feedback and make updates to suit your needs.
Just awaiting an API connection with our CRM of choice and expect it to be completed soon. I would like to see a future upgrade add an LMS component for training and certifying partners.
Previously partners just emailed referrals and there wasn't a single source of truth. With PartnerPortal, all leads are registered within the portal, status is tracked, and commission payouts are automatically calculated.
Regardless of the org size, a process-oriented partnerships program is quintessential. PartnerPortal takes the payment, tracking, and up-to-date stuff that I simply don't have time to do off my hands. One less thing to worry about means one more thing I can do. Massive value-add to our team - would certainly recommend to any colleague.
Initially, I was frustrated that PartnerPortal did not connect with Hubspot. Understandably, it's a process, but they listened and already have a beta in place.
