Eliminate cold outreach
Very quick & easy to setup, and the workflows & reporting were very intuitive and easy to understand.
My team was up & running in record time for a SaaS tool.
Not that I dislike it, but it's a young product so the UI can use a little more polish
Management of all our partner relationships, which at first wasn't a very difficult task, but becomes close to insurmountable if you're a successful business that's scaling fast. This has created layers of efficiency when it comes to nurturing our key relationships and identifying areas of opportunity to expand further into strategic relationships.
Partnered has helped us manage our sales partnerships in a way we couldn't have done before. They are quick to respond to any questions, and they've been helpful every step of the way.
They're a new company just getting started building a feature-rich application, and I have no doubt they'll continue to make a valuable product going forward.
It has helped us discover new leads and gain intros we wouldn't have otherwise gotten.
The product has clearly been designed and built by a team that understands all the stakeholders involved. Everything is thoughtfully and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows, in a way that makes it easy to use for EVERY party involved.
The in-product reporting options are still a bit slim — fortunately the integration with Salesforce is robust and we’re able to build the reports we need there pretty easily.
Partnered is giving us two things:
1. Operational management of a complex logistical problem: coordinating information sharing in a situation where there are typically 5+ parties involved (customer, front-line salespeople/customer success reps from each vendor, AND partner relationship reps from each vendor).
2. Real insight into the effectiveness of the above.
The functionality and ease of use is fantastic. A great tool to help connect with partners and understand a stronger approach to business.
Nothing. Super easy to use and love the updates as the request moves through the funnel.
Partnered helps create visibility and stitch together fragmentation between companies that can bring a new and more holistic solve for prospects.
Working for a product that integrates with so many partners, it's critical that we have an efficient way to track all our asks and communications with the BD team. Partnered not only allows us to manage all of these effectively, but as the Director of CS, it gives me the opportunity to monitor partnership attribution directly in Salesforce so we can see the impact partners are having on our renewals.
I think this is already on the roadmap, but am looking forward to more functionality around account mapping.
Understanding what activities and touch points are leading to a higher retention rate
Partnered immediately aligned activities, incentives, and accountability between our Sales and BD teams. Our collaboration before and after implementing it was night & day. I am building and advancing my pipeline via strategic partnerships like never before, while also giving credit where credit is due—to BD!
The Slack integration and the ability to "follow" requests make usability seamless across the entire org.
So far it does everything I need it to do. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves as they gather feedback and work closely with more companies.
We did not have a great process for collaboration between BD & Sales before Partnered—it was all very much ad-hoc and the activity tracking was cumbersome and time-consuming through Salesforce.
Now I can keep track of the status of my ongoing conversations and requests with the BD team, and neither of us has to manually insert anything into Salesforce. Overall, it's been a game-changer for accountability and attribution.
As a Director, ensuring my team can easily submit requests to our partnership team for help from partners has been a HUGE value add. Our offering is a complex enterprise sale – both pre-sale & post-sale. Giving our team a seamless way to leverage other partners who have already worked with the client is invaluable.
With Partnered.io, we’ve fast-tracked/gotten deals done that would been lost without the partners help. Our CSMs have also solved issues post-sales that could have caused serious problems on implementation but were avoided thanks to our sales team getting information in advance from partners.
We really don’t dislike much about Partnered.io. Just know that, while it can act as lightweight PRM, it’s really not a traditional PRM. It’s more of a co-selling platform for getting your sales team to better utilize your existing partnerships to drive more revenue/faster deals/better implementations.
We really enjoy working with the Partnered.io team. The product has been instrumental in helping our team make the most of our tech partnerships & agency partnerships. You also get the most accurate attribution reporting I’ve personally seen for partnerships (all sent straight into Salesforce & Bizible so we can get an accurate high-level view of sales attribution)
- Easy way for our sales team (including CSMs) to submit requests via Slack to our partnerships team. This alone has probably tripled our sales team using partners throughout sales cycles.
- Attribution on all partnership interactions sent right into Salesforce/Bizible. Now we can account for the influence of partnerships alongside Salesforce/Marketo data. The data before was spotty at best – we now have real data for projections/planning.
The accountability. Gone are the days where you send a request out into the ether and it falls between cracks. Not only does Partnered keep great track of all open requests, but the Slack integration makes keeping it up to date very seamless and clean. I can't imagine how I lived without it.
I hope they add a few notification features, like digest emails (set interval, list of all open tasks), and @tagging in stream.
As a salesperson, the ability to connect with trusted partners on key accounts shrinks my learning curve AT LEAST in half (likely more). I feel more confident going into meetings armed with proper data, and I get a good feel for expected pushback and hurdles before I even set the meeting. Absolute lifesaver.
As an Account Executive juggling multiple responsibilities, any tool I use needs to be easy, quick, and provide value. Partnered checks off all three categories. The tool makes it very easy to submit requests to my business development team efficiently without much leg work. Moreover, the integration with slack allows me to see updates in real time and update requests in seconds. Would recommend to any software organization looking to streamline communication between teams.
No current gaps come to mind at this time. Look forward to seeing the tool grow and update.

Partnered elegantly drops into existing sales processes giving partner leaders/managers instant capabilities while making it dead simple bring sales reps into the workflow. The process for sales reps is simple to explain and reinforce because it keeps them in Slack with intuitive UI. For the partnering team you have a workable queue that prioritizes high value work and integrates with Salesforce to tie into existing attribution models and reporting. Their team is responsive, seeks a deep understanding of your needs, and makes it feel like a genuine partnership.
Bringing some additional reporting into Partnered would be a great addition. I would also like to manage manual account lists natively within the platform versus importing updates.
Partnered solves 1) Automated workflow to start, track, prioritize, and disposition all partnering activities, 2) Attribution modeling for decision-making and compensation, 3) Account mapping to highlight partnering opportunities.
Our benefits are a huge efficiently lift to ditch the ad hoc spreadsheets. We also have a much more accurate window into our partnering activities and how/where they drive outcomes.
