It is very easy to use, convenient and secure. It sending right information to people and fast. It is making the work more easier and efficient.

It can be slow sometimes when scanning the bar code. It is less conveninet when doesn't recognise the parcel and need to look for people manually.

It is helping us with the parcels, to making the life easier indentifiying the people and informing them fast that they have an item to collect.

Haven't encountered many so far. We've had a syncing issue once with the data showing on different devices but that was rare.

We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. Also the use of a QR code for parcel collection rather than a signature is benefical.

We can't mass update recipients' details in different buildings at the moment. You can only mass insert recipients in the same building

We tested ParcelTracker in some of our buildings at the start and it greatly helped the parcel receiving, collection, and tracking. So we are deploying the system to all of our buildings.

the back office, what it stores and how you can check what we have on-site from your own phone. The way it lets people know when they have a parcel, which then clears our parcel room so much quicker than we where used too

We havent found anything yet that doesnt work, or doesnt feel right. weve had a few occasions where a student has recieved a notifcation but then no parcel is there but this has been down to user error

We used to have a very full mailroom, it was organised, just full. With Parcel tracker, however students come and get their parcels usually straight away, and this make the room work alot better for us

- sometimes there is a delay with synching between multiple mobile devices which can cause minor glitches

- would love to be able to change the standard post notification to say Parcel, this can cause confusion when students collect letters

Really speeds up recording of incoming and outgoing mail- huge improvement in time and accuracy. Plus, we don' have to trawl through written records to mark off collected post- a game changer!
