Customer service is amazing! - They always have an answer and a solution quickly no matter my issue, and the form functionality is better than any other I've seen. Blown away by Paperform's customer service

Jenn is a goddess of patience. The fact that it took me a while to understand what she was saying was entirely my fault; I was sleepy and cranky and old (I'm still old as I type this, but not so sleepy and cranky). Despite my miscommunications, Jenn NEVER showed even a hint of impatience. Throughout it all, she was friendly and courteous and helpful, sending me all kinds of screenshots. I'm also super-impressed that there was live customer support this late at night. I hope your company gives Jenn a raise. I confess I was starting to question whether Paperform was worth the subscription fee, but this experience has made me a loyal Paperform customer. THANK YOU JENN AND PAPERFORM.
