"Great tool, even better customer service"
What do you like best about Paperflite?

The most helpful function for us is to track and view the engagement for all our assets that are being sent out to customers. It is very easy to configure with existing marketing assets and can be easily executed by the Sales team. Its interesting and helpful for our Sales team to see, which customers are really interested in our services and where they should invest most of their capacity and efforts. Paperflite helped us to prioritize our Sales efforts more effectively. We use it very often and on a regular basis in order to keep track of the performance.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

While the basic functions are easy to implement and use, our technical configuration and integration with existing systems (namely to track the asset performance within our CRM to contribute to the lead scoring), seems to be not possible after some talks to the customer service. But they are always open for feedback and keen to implement any open points, so maybe this will be implemented in the near future.

What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paperflite is used to get insights for the interests our leads have. Is the contact really interested and reading through the content that we are sending? If yes, this customer is prioritized for our limited Sales capacity. In other words: We use Paperflite to prioritize our leads and help Sales work more effectively on the right customers.

What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite has been really helpful in sharing marketing and sales presentations to customers. It lets us track the views and the time spent on each page of the presentation shared. The best thing about paperflite is that it lets us generate separate links of documents for individual customers to make the tracking very specific.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

There is very little to dislike about Paperflite.

Paperflite lets us track the content being shared with our customers and provides us valuable insights like time spent on the document, which helps us reach out to our customers with appropriate content.

The ability to have all my company resources organized and the use of collections to send those resources I need is attached to the email. I also love that I can see when the email was viewed and follow up!

There are currently ZERO downsides! Easy to navaigate.

What do you like best about Paperflite?

Paperflite makes sharing sales content with prospective customers super easy. No need to worry if you are sending the most current version of a document. The system will automatically provide the most current file.

You can organize shared files and also have the ability to upload your own collections.

Easy to navigate and simplifies the sales process.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

If you have lots of documents it would be great if your most used files could be organized at the top.

Would love the ability to be able to add files to different sections of the email and not bunch all of them togother. If you split them up the user gets an error mesage.

What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is great knowing that my customers will always have the most current file. It helps our staff organize docuemnts and not wonder where a file is saved.

I would love Seek AI can review information from Video Assets via Close Caption capabilities.

What do you like best about Paperflite?

I like that Paperflite is the go-to place where our company stores training videos, one-pagers, internal documents, as well as client facing documents. My favorite part is the ability to create content hubs that I can personalize and send to prospects.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

I have been using Paperflite for almost a year now and have not found anything I dislike about the solution. It is very user friendly and has been very helpful during my onboarding to the company and I have used it daily since.

What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paperflite is solvng the problem of having to gather content or create new content for prospective clients and allows me to create personalized content hubs to send out. I am also able to track when the prospect views the content and how they engage with it. This has been a gamechanger in helping me to better target what the prospect may need.

What do you like best about Paperflite?

- All departments can use this to find documents, case studies and product papers too !

- Shareable links are the best parts - you can even track who opened the link.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

- Nothing that I can think of. Everything including the UI / UX is good for sales and CSM teams to use.

What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Propsecting using Paperflite's documents let us know which prospects are interested in talking to us. They show the click rate, open rate and even what time of the day was the document opened. This helps Sales folks a lot in outbound

- CSM and AM teams too use this to make sure they have engaging customers

- I use Paperflite product information documents not only to share, but to keep myself updated of the features.

What do you like best about Paperflite?

I appreciated the high level of client service when we were receiving a demo, during onboarding and post-onboarding support. My main role is digital campaigns and lead gen, and this software provided a way for us to gate content. This helped us to get organized with tracking leads. Also, our sales team constantly asked us for assets and now they can access it themselves, which made things more efficient for everyone.

What do you dislike about Paperflite?

Wasn't easy to integrate certain parts with our Google Workspace, still a work in progress.

What problems is Paperflite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were manually tracking content through Excel which sounds insane. A long document with links where we have to use CTRL + F to find something from keywords. Now we use a platform where we can have a preview of what we searched for and have folders for each category of content.
