Paperflite has been really helpful in sharing marketing and sales presentations to customers. It lets us track the views and the time spent on each page of the presentation shared. The best thing about paperflite is that it lets us generate separate links of documents for individual customers to make the tracking very specific.

Paperflite makes sharing sales content with prospective customers super easy. No need to worry if you are sending the most current version of a document. The system will automatically provide the most current file.
You can organize shared files and also have the ability to upload your own collections.

Would love the ability to be able to add files to different sections of the email and not bunch all of them togother. If you split them up the user gets an error mesage.

Paperflite is solvng the problem of having to gather content or create new content for prospective clients and allows me to create personalized content hubs to send out. I appreciated the high level of client service when we were receiving a demo, during onboarding and post-onboarding support. My main role is digital campaigns and lead gen, and this software provided a way for us to gate content. This helped us to get organized with tracking leads. Also, our sales team constantly asked us for assets and now they can access it themselves, which made things more efficient for everyone.
Wasn't easy to integrate certain parts with our Google Workspace, still a work in progress.
We were manually tracking content through Excel which sounds insane. A long document with links where we have to use CTRL + F to find something from keywords. Now we use a platform where we can have a preview of what we searched for and have folders for each category of content.

The most helpful function for us is to track and view the engagement for all our assets that are being sent out to customers. It is very easy to configure with existing marketing assets and can be easily executed by the Sales team. Its interesting and helpful for our Sales team to see, which customers are really interested in our services and where they should invest most of their capacity and efforts. Paperflite helped us to prioritize our Sales efforts more effectively. We use it very often and on a regular basis in order to keep track of the performance.
While the basic functions are easy to implement and use, our technical configuration and integration with existing systems (namely to track the asset performance within our CRM to contribute to the lead scoring), seems to be not possible after some talks to the customer service. But they are always open for feedback and keen to implement any open points, so maybe this will be implemented in the near future.
Paperflite is used to get insights for the interests our leads have. Is the contact really interested and reading through the content that we are sending? If yes, this customer is prioritized for our limited Sales capacity. In other words: We use Paperflite to prioritize our leads and help Sales work more effectively on the right customers.
