Better than a virtual assistant
What do you like best about Paperbell?
Paperbell takes care of 80% of the administrative overhead of my coaching business. I do the accounting and pay the taxes and do a little setup tweaking here and there, but mostly I just show up and coach. Paperbell does the scheduling and rescheduling, most of the emailing, handles payments, holds all my packages, syncs up my calendars, sends reminders about sessions as they're coming up and session credits as they're coming up on expiration. All the things! On the rare occasions I've had issues their team is a delight to work with, and there's been a steady trickle of thoughtful improvements to the platform in the two years I've been using it. It's the most expensive software I use in my business, and the renewal charge I'm happiest to see.
What do you dislike about Paperbell?
I wish the built in contracting was a bit more customizable, for example requiring fillable fields from clients. My lawyer says my contracts aren't enforceable without the client's location in them, so I'm not able to use the built in contracting features, and I'm sad about it. That said, there's no upcharge for the contracting feature (or any other feature) and I think to use that aspect of pretty much any digital signature gathering platform would require Paperbell to pay more for API access, so it makes tons of sense to me that this limitation exists.
What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching in real time has the potential to be a nightmare between calendar syncing, Zoom scheduling, time zones, collecting payments ahead of sessions... and I rarely have to think about any of that because Paperbell handles it all for me. It also has one of the nicer implementations of sliding scale/multi tier pricing I've come across, which was a deciding factor in my initial selection of the platform.

Exceptional tool to jumpstart my coaching business!
What do you like best about Paperbell?
It was easy to navigate, and the interface is user-friendly. Paperbell helped me schedule and sell packages quickly and connect with clients fast. It super intuitive to make changes and new packages - it's also incredibly convenient that you can offer different payment options/prices for each package.
What do you dislike about Paperbell?
I wish there were more CRM opportunities to enter client data (like phone number). Though I technically can't count this as a dislike because I've already submitted this as a request and Paperbell's founder is exceptionally responsive to user recommendations.
What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Paperbell saves me an infinite amount of time since I don't have to email clients back and forth about scheduling and processing payments. The seamless integration with my Google calendar is priceless.

I love the visual appeal of Paperbell - so much more elegant than other platforms I've used! And the customer support team is THE BEST there is, bar none.

It is on the pricier side, but when you see the simplicity and elegance of the platform,, and experience the world-class customer support service, you understand why.

What do you like best about Paperbell?
Paperbell is the answer to all of my coaching prayers - even the ones I didn't know about. It's beautifully designed, intuitive and ... this is the best part .. the customer service is amazing.
What do you dislike about Paperbell?
I do have to rely on customer support a lot. I'm so grateful it's there and I do know the fault is mine. I get confused because it's a lot of decisions and it's my first time. But with their generous support, I'm more and more confident.
What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperbell beautifully manages my calendar. It manages all of the information my clients share. And I love how supported I feel. In fcat, Paperbell doesn't just host this coaching site, they've taught me a ton about coaching and the business of being a coach.

No need to hire a VA--Paperbell takes care of it all in one platform!
What do you like best about Paperbell?
I love my Paperbell account. It simplifies so many things in my coaching business! It has everything you need: the ability for clients to access your calendar & schedule, integrate with stripe (or PayPal) to allow clients to pay in one sum or divided up over time (however you decide) using autopay, upload your client contract so they sign it as part of the check out process (hellosign is included as part of that--so convenient!), upload and save notes that you can make viewable to your client or not & they can send notes back, create a Shop Page with a variety of packages and offerings, keep track of your clients all in one place....there's more. But I'll stop for now. If you're on the fence, go for it. Totally worth the money.
What do you dislike about Paperbell?
The interface that you as the business owner see is very simple and basic. When you log in, the words "Appointments," "Availability," "Packages," "Clients," & "Sales" are across the top, along with your profile button in the top righthand corner. There's not a lot of pictures and such as it's mostly text. At first this threw me because I'm used to colors, arrows, buttons, etc. telling me where to go and what to do in our techy world filled w/ animation, gifs and jpgs. I share this to encourage you to stick with it especially in the beginning. It becomes like riding a bike as you figure out where all the records and the needed information is located. It becomes second nature.
What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperbell is making it possible for me to cut my costs by not having to hire certain things out right now. This is especially important as my coaching business is very young and still growing.

What do you like best about Paperbell?
As a coach with ADD I find it extremely helpful to be able to keep the majority of my coaching functions all in one spot!

What do you like best about Paperbell?
I have been reading Paperbell blog post on Pinterest for at least a year. I started to notice that Paperbell was advertising a service of their own, but I have a very small business so the manual (Calendly, google, Evernote and Typeform) way of doing everything was fine for me. I realized, however, that taking on one or two more clients made the manual way a hassle, so I went back to Paperbell to look into what they offered. I figured the blogs were always useful, straight to the point and I liked the look and feel of the website, so I might like some of the services provided.

To my delight, I saw the free trial, and to my surprise it gave access to everything. In one evening I set up all my packages and landing pages. No tutorials or demos were necessary. The sight was easy to navigate and flowed so well.

I want to see more reports for sales, a fuller account profile for clients. I trust that all of this is in development as the platform is brand new. Leading edge.

Awesome User Friendly All-in-One Client Management!
What do you like best about Paperbell?
I love that Paperbell is all-in-one. It's allowed me to simplify and streamline everything. The software is user friendly and new features are always being added. Did I mention that customer service is outstanding? I love having everything in one place and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about Paperbell?
There's nothing I truely dislike. They are always adding new features, so by the time I realize there's something I want they're already adding it. The only things on my wishlist still are a way to structure courses and a newsletter option.
What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have everything in one place: packages, contracts, client management, email, appointments. I left the other CRM platforms I was using to only use Paperbell! It's introduced flexibility and simplified my business processes.
