Panorays is the backbone of our third party risk management program and policy within our organization.

It is an easy to use tool that provides an almost instant snapshot of a vendor's security posture. We also use the tool to send questionnaires to a variety of vendors. Our customer support team is amazing too.

There is a consistent finding (compromised company credentials) that comes up for a lot of vendors. On investigation, the finding is almost always related to already disabled or terminated user profiles. I wish there was a way to manually modify the posture score associated with this finding.

Panorays is our comprehensive vendor database and the first stop our team goes when onboarding a vendor into our third party risk management program/policy.

Ease of use and vendor engagement. Panorays is very attentive to our needs and the regular meetings ensure our external party program stays on track

Make sure you have sufficient team to deal with the extra workload. From a process perspective Infomation Security runs with this and there is often confusion about vendor as well as actual technical implementation oversight as sits with the same team

Prior to Panorays we had the questionaire as well as the monitoring/ assessment in different tools.

Panorays offers an excellent overview of vendor assessment. After a scan, you get a high-level view of a vendor’s security posture, along with a comprehensive set of tools to drill down and investigate further.

We would like to see improved workflow and collaboration between teams assessing a vendor.

The ability to update questionnaire structure is slightly limited compared to other competitors. But I was told that it is going to change shortly

Panorays give me an overview of my potential 3rd parties, including assigning task to the evaluated vendor in case any clarifications are required

Building profiles for vendors in the platform is straightforward, especially with the bulk upload feature. Once you vendor has been onboarded, the scan has occurred and your vendor has responded to your questionnaire you will have a very good view of the risk they pose to you organisation. The risks insights portion of the tool also allows for a wider view on what is actually going on in the world. The support team is amazing! I also easily integrated my Panorays data into a PowerBI report for additional reporting purposes.

The only downside is that there is currently no way of relating the risk of financial loss if the vendor is breached. It is a lot easier to get business to buy in to this process if they can see how much money they could lose.

Panorays helps us easily and effectively evaluate our vendors and ensure our organization is safe. With the insights we get from Panorays we can help our vendors strengthen their security which creates a safe ecosystem for our organization to operate in.

We really found the ability to detect vulnerabilities and extra information through attack surface, which normally only is available through dedicated products.

I is very easy to use, and is a great enabler for our compliance team, who uses this very frequently and for all 3rd party assessments.

The recovery procedure for an account that was unable to log in, can be cumbersome if e-mail preferences is set to no news mails, as this prevents reset mails.

In my team we are focussed on cyber security and we found that we can use Panorays in the proces of validating external findings. Our GRC team uses the product for 3rd party assessments.

We use Panorays to discover and track vulnerabilities of business partners, send out custom questionnaires and to create remediation tasks. An interface to our internal platform also exists and is continously improved. The customer support responds promptly and with qualitative answers. I use it almost weekly to onboard new business partners. The dashboard is neat and the tool is easy to use.

The interface to our internal tool seems to not update the continuous scan results and is not that comprehensive. But I'm positive, that it will be resolved in future updates.
