Good Service for Simplicity and Price
What do you like best about Panorama9?
The price point was what drove me to them. It hit the bases I needed. I wanted a service I could manage almost fully from my phone that had decent patch management and alerting.
What do you dislike about Panorama9?
It's a bit too simple at times and feels like it's missing metrics and a cleaner web layout like some others have. It doesn't feel like it would hit the checks for a larger org.
What problems is Panorama9 solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great for monitoring my server and keeping it up to date. I like that they don't have a minimum number of devices, which means I can actually use them being small time.

computer patching, reporting and easy computers remote access and full monitoring and reporting
What do you dislike about Panorama9?
adding new devices is somewhat confusing at first, but once you understand how it works all is just great.
Recommendations to others considering Panorama9?
Take the time to learn it. It really has a lot that can be used to manage your IT environment
What problems is Panorama9 solving and how is that benefiting you?
All servers and computers full management in just one platform and an easy interface to keep all machines patched and updated as well as monitored and adding the remote administration and support.

Panorama9 is an effective tool, but could use some updates
What do you like best about Panorama9?
We use P9 primarily for asset inventory and remote connectivity. For these features, it works wonderfully.
What do you dislike about Panorama9?
In regards to asset management, P9 does not poll the endpoint for a serial number, which requires us to utilize another third party app with an API to pull this data. P9 also lacks features that other management software uses. Lastly, Panorama9 recently had a major price spike. While I understand this is normal for most vendord, our cost nearly tripled from 2022 to 2023.
What problems is Panorama9 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been utilizing Panorama9 for a few years now for asset management. In this aspect, it does what it is supposed to do. In addition, we use Panorama9 for remote control of remote workstations.
