We worked with Pan Intelligence during the search for a white lable software for one of our new products.

For our product idea, the dataset creation needed a bit to much detailed knowledge. As we are aiming towards a quite broad group of customers this was a small downside.

This downside can be a huge advantage, if a high number of possibilities to adjust the dataset is needed

Providing a whitelable BI software, which we could integrate to our software, to provide dashboards and reports.

The ease at which i am able to create meaningfull reports with high level information for senior management but behind that the details to help teams administer their departments. We are better able to focus resources as trends are much easier to identify.

As a relatively small business the cost is quite high however we can justify that as it allows us to focues revenue generating roles into the right locations and identify potential trouble spots and blockers more efficiently.

We are able to now see accurate reporting and it has identified that our existing reporting is not accurate and also we have improvements to make on the use of our systems to clean up our data and processes.

Documentation and support could've been better

Best for data visualisation. It has so many customization options as per our needs, can send alerts in real-time automatically.

The product itself is relatively easy to start to use, and the more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes, and quickly you start to realise the power of the product

No real downside, to be honest. It is worth planning what you want to display so that you have a clear view of the categories and groups before you start

We are visualising the data that our international clients hold within their databases in an easy to understand way, so they can effectively manage and grow their sector

We use it for business intelligence and we do have our own setup for this and also we use data visualization and analystics platform and it has made our lifes easy to be honest.

There no such down side of the tools or applications itself just that we use it on a very high end machine its not possible to use that on the system with lower configuration.

Using business intelligence we have made great progress and analytics platform also is used widely, also we use the data visualization tools our business has excelled in a lot of ways.

The best data visualisation tool out there, the dashboard is super easy to use, the pricing is also very efficient we use it for business intelligence, and there is no way anything in the market can match it's capabilities.

The product twice high configuration machine and will work properly only on high-end systems. Should it have been more compatible with low end machines it would have been another story

We mainly used it for analytics platform and for business intelligence and the data visualisation is just support easy and did not need much of a hussle. We have grown significantly aahet using this product

It gives us clear channel on how we can work effectively to achieve our set goals. Our team members are able to get enough skills on how to handle different tasks and how to curb challenge when it occurs. Our customers demand are met on time without delays.

panintelligence is great in our company and it has performed well. I have not experienced any major challenge from its functioning capacity.

This is very powerful platform for organizing and planning well for any business enterprise. It is awesome in its performance and I totally recommend.

It gives us clear insights on the happening in future. It has the capability to foresee the performance of our objectives and gives solutions for the best way to handle emerging challenges.

Its great how easy it is to use charts to display company data.

Quick response times

Great drill down ability on charts and graphs

May look daunting initially, until you get your hands dirty.

For visual reporting and drilling down in detail, PI is a great resource.

Customer drills down on sales, cases, product movement using PI, with Sage200 and CRM. They have greatly improved real time analysis and reporting which has been a huge help for the customer.

I work for a reseller so the answers relate to our customer.

I dislike the fact they are based in Leeds. The surf could be better :-)

Integration for data analysis with many other products.

I like that PI gives us the ability to deploy the data we currently hold into logical reports and dashboards. Previously I would have to have had to translate my requirements as a sales leader to a developer in order for them to construct the reporting I needed. Once the data connections are set up it is much easier to make required changes myself.

The team also continually demonstrate what good customer service looks like and have supported us with both internal and customer facing deployments.

The current barrier to entry is that you still need a reasonably technical understanding to refine some of the reporting. This is a huge leap from needing to write your own SQL queries but is not quite at a drag and drop UX yet.

PI have given us the ability to provide our customers data back to them in logical formats. We use it as a tool to add value to our services by empowering our customers.
