great for non-technical users
They provided a great support for not-technical user (me). They guided me and I successfully installed their widget, customized it and started receiving questions.
Paldesk has a lot of interesting features, but they are not all explained very well so I suggest better tutorials or they will receive a lot of chat questions.

Paldesk have easy installation, great customer support and lot of features for small business.

I am using  FREE version for now and it has a lot of great options if you have low volume of conversations.

Perfect ROI!
It's a cool and cheap software for small-business like myself. Easy to set-up (didn't have to call IT team or developers) and fun to use. Since I'm working on a global field their Live Translate feature is an amazing add-on, as well as smart routing for my multiple websites.

All the integrations have been working fine so far and I'm looking forward to new stuff they release!
