PairSoft's document management solution really very helpful in saving time spent on filing, searching and retreaving documents. PairSoft's automated invoice processing and workflows which directly integrate with Financial Edge is fabulous.

One thing I dislike in PaperSave is the inability to delete an unwanted page from the document. When I try to delete a page, the whole document disappear.

AP workflow process is fantastic.

What I like most about PairSoft is their seamless integration with Raiser's Edge. A few years ago, I upgraded our office to their cloud based software and it works like a charm. I have everything I need at my fingertips when it comes to our audits and speaking with donors about their gifts. I love being able to see all my attachments on demand in just a matter of seconds.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software itself. But, if I do get frustrated if I can't talk to a live person, which is very rare. I think it does what it is supposed to do for the most part.

PairSoft helps me get rid of extra paper that I don't need to keep on-site. It frees up space and I can access it on-demand when I need it most. When the pandemic hit and everyone was working remotely, we already had this system in place. It helps us keep the continuity of business going and the lines of communication with colleagues open so that everyone was on the same page.

Integration with GP/ERP and customer support for PairSoft.

Would be nice to have more self-paced learning tools available for administrators looking to enhance product without seeking formal training.

Pre-Approval of requisitions.

Capabilities to customize the flow of Documents and Approval process and customize workflow design and Automation of AP Invoices.

As of now, everything is good with Pairsoft, and nothing which I don't like about the product.

The best thing I like the most about this product is the automatic data filling capabilities using the OCR feature.

It's hard to find anything negative about this product. It's amazing!

PairSoft is eliminating the manual data-filling process by automatically filling the data fields with the aid of OCR, and this one feature has saved me a lot of time.

It will help us to automate the Invoice process and help in Process automation using customized Workflow.

Sometimes feels slowness while using the PairSoft applications.

The OCR functionality of this product is fabulous; it automatically fills the details in the form field, thus eliminating the tedious manual work.

There is nothing that I can complain about this product. It suits well with my requirements.

It helps eliminate the manual form-filling process by autonomously filling the fields such as vendor name, amount, invoice date and many more.

The best part of this project is OCR. When we perform AutoEntry from PairSoft to our ERP application we don't need to fill the fields. It will be automatically populated based on Invoice OCR.

Nothing. Everything looks perfect and excellent.

Previously when we added Invoices and bills to our ERP application we must enter every field manually and it was time-consuming. After Pairsoft every process is automated and it saves our time and money. Now they introduce the Payments integration. Looking forward to more enhancements.

PairSoft support various ERP integration that help us to manage our document effectively and We can also Automate our Invoice process.

Sometimes I feel slowness in the product. Apart from this everything looks good.

Everything looks damn good. I didn't find anything which I didn't like about the product.
